The apartment was great. Location was perfect for walking just about anywhere. The neighborhood has a very active night life, especially on the weekends, but you don't hear it when you are in the apartment. The rooms are a little small, but that seems to be common coming from the U.S. We did not need to contact the host much, but when we did she was responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We were allowed to stay 4 nights in this great apartment during the Easter holidays (NRW). It is located in the middle of Marais, on the third floor in a very quiet house. The bedroom goes to the back to a small, closed rear courtyard and is therefore very quiet. Our children, 10 and 12, slept on the fold-out sofa in the living room. While the bedroom has blackout curtains, in the living room you can only draw the pictured, translucent curtains. Despite the central location, it was relatively quiet in the living room in the evening/at night (there are more shops in the immediate neighborhood). The apartment is beautifully decorated, as seen in the photos, and fully equipped. The contact with Victoire was very friendly and if there were problems she was quickly available and could help us. The apartment was ideally located for us to explore Paris on foot and by metro. We parked our car under the Hotel de Ville (parking garage), as there is no parking.

So glad I chose Edouard’s home for my most recent stay in Paris! I wanted a place that felt like a home away from home, and Edouard’s apartment was perfect (I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and dedicated workspace). The location is ideal and quiet, and the space is beautifully decorated. Edouard is an EXTREMELY helpful and responsive host — he gave me all the information I needed (usually before I asked), and he responded quickly whenever I had a question. He even extended my stay when my plans changed. Be aware that there’s no A/C or elevator (this is common in Paris and clearly communicated in the listing). I came at the end of summer, and with the windows open, I generally felt cool enough. Last but not least, the view from the apartment is STUNNING. I loved looking out over the Parisian rooftops and hearing church bells ringing every morning. And I was delighted to discover that if you lean out the living room window you can see the top of the Eiffel Tower. 😊

We rented this place for a family weekend. Everything was perfect. We were 8 adults. The living room is very nice The kitchen is well equipped . Other amenities are as described Bedding, bathrooms, and The house is very clean. Congratulations! We highly recommend this rental.

Agnes and Olivier are particularly welcoming and responsive hosts. They don't miss any small touches for their guests. Their accommodation, very functional, is perfect for spending a few days in a group: everyone will find the activity they like.

Check-in is very simple with the lockbox, and even if we did not see Johanna we feel that she is attentive to everything going smoothly . The house is perfect , very well renovated , while having kept all its charm , we are very good there. And the beautiful village, with all the necessary shops which is rare ,and country and forest paths all around very accessible  ... in short , we will surely come back!

A beautiful and typical Percheron house tastefully renovated. A bucolic and quiet environment. Everything was as described by Isabelle. We only stayed there for a weekend unfortunately. But we'll be back!

We booked this accommodation for 9 people and frankly nothing to complain about, everything matched the description, very easy to access with a free arrival, Rose and Thomas are more than available in case of questions, the accommodation is large with many beds, it was very clean, we had a great time! The location of this apartment is so central! Being right on top of one of the biggest metro/RER stations in Paris meant we could go where we wanted by just walking right outside our door. Many of the best neighborhoods in Paris are within walking distance. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-appointed. There were three little closets with bins to stash our stuff. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a pair of scissors. The hosts were always friendly and responded quickly. The check in was smooth and easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.

This is a wonderful apartment right in the heart of Paris. The place looks exactly like the photos and comes with everything you might need. We immediately felt at home in this fantastic space—my kids didn’t want to leave! Bedis was a great host and he and his property manager were very responsive when needed. No regrets booking this stay!
