In the Val d'Oise, 10 minutes from Magny-en-Vexin (A15 highway), 10 minutes from the Villarceaux Golf Course and 20 minutes from the Impressionism Museum (Claude Monet Foundation – Giverny).

[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. The romantic cabin

Milly's romantic cabin The place is energy self-sufficient with solar and wind panels. The plot is separated into two parts by the access road. On the field side you will find the chalet and a shelter for your car. On the lake side is a pontoon equipped with a Nordic bath (1 m x 1 m) with hot water in all seasons. Cozy cabin in a green setting, has a small kitchen area with fridge, toilet and separate sink . Hot tub and wood-burning stove.

Bedroom with dining area on the ground floor of the main dwelling, access through a separate entrance. Large private bathroom and toilet. Refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, coffee pods, free tea. internet and TV. Pool 8x4 in June/July/August 10 min walk to the beach and nautical activities of Lac de Mesnil with restaurants, snacks and guinguette (Mbeach) in summer. 25 minutes from Nigloland and the center of Troyes and factory outlets

Maison Orléans Orée de Sologne - city and greenery

The house is close to the tram (10 min) that connects to the center of Orléans. You can stroll around the lake and of course you can walk or bike in the nearby forest. The Limère golf course (18 holes - PAR 72 - 6191 m) is located 2 km from the house and includes the balneotherapy center Les Balnéades. Attest: for professionals - DO NOT PARK TRUCKS, CAMELETS OR vehicles ON the PLOT - USE the PARKING LOT IN FRONT OF the LAKE.
