The place is pretty small but very clean. The hosts are very responsive. We enjoyed our visit.

The location is great. There are a lot of great places to eat near, literally next door and around any of the corners. Transportation is easily accessible, whether it be via bus, metro, or train. Everyone in the area is friendly and welcoming. Montmartre is a great place to stay. I highly recommend this space of you're a solo traveler.

A great place to stay, especially for more people. We easily stayed with 5 people in the comfortable accommodation. It was super clean and Sebastien and Elise's communication was proactive, friendly and very clear. The location directly at the Gare du Nord is very easy to reach and well located to get anywhere flexibly. Monmartre is about a 20-minute walk away.

Accommodation faithful to the description, Well located for a Parisian weekend.

We loved staying here at this property. The place was absolutely clean and had everything we needed. The view from the kitchen was stunning. Flore was amazing as she was always one message away for anything we needed, checked in on us as well as very quick at answering messages. We would definitely recommend staying here. My boyfriend and I stayed in Paris for a weekend. The location was great. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the U-Bahn. Attractions such as the Eiffel Tower or Louvre are 30-40 minutes by metro. About the apartment: it was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed. The 6th floor is challenging but so you can bring good cardio into the vacation. The host was always available and always very friendly. We can't complain and would be happy to come back! Au revoir

This apartment was perfect for our short break in Paris. We are two adults and two teenagers. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped with lots to do nearby and good options for travel. Lovely old building off of a small street that felt very safe. Communication was clear and friendly from the host.

My son and I loved staying in Emilie's charming apartment for a week. Emilie was super responsive to any requests or questions we had throughout our stay. During our stay the weather changed from very cold to almost balmy, and we were able to adjust the radiator heat easily. We were also able to check in a couple of hours earlier than the check-in time, which we knew was not a given but appreciated very, very much. I personally loved the large kitchen space (coming from a New Yorker). We took advantage of the Bastille market on Sunday and cooked dinner Sunday evening. We loved all the good food places nearby - particularly the bread at Boulangerie Utopie and the cheese at Fromagerie Goncourt - literally across the street! We would definitely stay again!

We're leaving Paris very happy. Laure gave us a beautiful welcome, details that make a difference, a delicious wine, a puzzle for my daughter and a welcome note. The apartment is not only beautiful as shown in the photos, everything works perfectly, the heating, the hot water, the washing machine, it has all the kitchen utensils, hygiene and cleaning items, additional towels, excellent Internet service. The location is very good! You can walk to many attractions, the neighborhood is beautiful and there is access to the main means of transportation. Thank you !!! It was a great stay !!!

We had a great time at your Airbnb! I was able to rest and enjoy the hot tub and sauna to the fullest, it was an amazing experience, perfect for a romantic weekend or with girlfriends. Very comfortable, a spacious apartment, perfect for a mini stay with an exceptional sauna and jacuzzi. I recommend it.

This first floor apartment was perfect for a long weekend in Epernay. Check in was easy and the host clearly communicated directions and was very responsive to questions. The apartment was well furnished and had everything I needed...plus a wonderful hot tub to relax in after a long day of exploring. Paid parking in a lot was a short 5 min walk away if you have a car, otherwise the train station is very close. This was one of the nicest Airbnbs I have stayed in for the price.
