Vacation rentals with a patio in Seine

Our holiday was wonderful! We recommend it!

Hadi is a very nice person, always willing to help. He replies quickly to messages and answers all the doubts. The apartment is quite nice, very quiet and near two train stations (one is closer than the other). There is a market in the station of RER E on Wednesdays and Saturdays, where it is possible to buy fresh fruits and vegetables (there is also meat, fish and prepared food on Saturdays). Getting to Paris and Eurodisney is easy from the appartment. There are a couple of shops near the appartment turning right from the main entrance. The centre of Rosny is not far and there are supermarkets and shops there. There are also nice gardens near the appartment. I think that the metro is under construction in the area, which will be very convenient in the near future.

Beautiful very large secure apartment with easy access to the bus line. Nathalie was a gracious host and we really enjoyed our stay.

Very happy with my stay in this super sunny apartment, even bigger than in the photos and very conveniently located. The bedroom overlooks the yard, so super peaceful. The alley is quiet as well. Clément is very friendly! He made sure I was comfortable during my stay. As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe thanks to the 2 doors that are on the ground floor and the security cameras. I look forward to returning in the coming months.

This is an absolutely lovely place to stay. Is it indeed a peaceful haven – quiet, clean, with many amenities for a longer stay. As others have mentioned, it is very well located to the Robinson RER B train station for quick and easy access to Paris. In addition to good options for bakeries and grocery stores, there are beautiful parks nearby for those who enjoy long walks. Nathalie is a perfect host – welcoming, informative, and very responsive. I highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to stay here again.

It was a very great experience to stay at Lucia's apartment! We could easily checked in, everything was clean and comfy. Room temperature was managed properly. I would definitely stay at this place if I could get a chance to visit Paris!

The house is simply beautiful, tastefully decorated, hyper-functional, high-tech. Very practical hammam and jacuzzi and clear instructions. We loved everything, the huge and very functional kitchen, the gigantic living room, the very nice foosball table. Communication with our hosts was straightforward and always responsive and the instructions were very clear. in short, a treat

This is a fabulous apartment very close to the old town, with many stores and restaurants. We loved having the terrace, even though it wax too cold to sit out there. The kitchen was well equipped. The instructions to find and enter the apartment are very easy if you follow them (which I didn’t at first, therefore a reminder!). We appreciated that it was on the ground floor. I would definitely stay here again if i return to Auxerre..

Location , location and location A great location to be in Paris, everything walkable from top monuments to shopping to great food. The house is maintained with all small small essentials you may need while on holiday, very thoughtful. Very quiet and peaceful place with a clear Eiffel Tower view sitting right in the balcony. Very easy and clear to find address for taxis etc. , the host should be a little flexible for checkin and checkout when someone is travelling, it could always be an hour here and there .. I had an exceptional stay at this place

We had a great time in the appartement. The city center is closeby (walk distance) and the flat is quiet. Bed is comfortable! Kenza and David recommended some places to visit. Overall great experience! :)

Wonderful! The apartment is as described and very comfortable (single mum, 2 kids 10&6). The apartment has everything you need. I ordered groceries via Uber eats as it was easier than dragging the kids out to the shops and that was very easy. Getting to Disney was 12 euros in a taxi, again you can do the bus but I wanted to save our legs for Disney! We went into Paris, again this was easy we took an uber to the Disney station (12 euro) and then the RER train. The instructions were really clear for check in and out and Lara was only a what’s app message away if I needed to ask anything. Overall a great experience and wouldn’t definitely come again.

A cozy,clean apartment, with a great view,within walking distance of restaurants and shops, free parking nearby. Despite the fact that there is no access to the balcony,it does not prevent you from enjoying the beautiful view from the window! Thank you Adam for the warm welcome. We had a great time.
