Family-friendly vacation rentals in Sedona

We absolutely loved our stay! The house had everything we needed, was well-stocked with kitchen tools & other household items. The rooms were all spacious with lots of storage. Beds were comfortable! Pool area was great. The view of the red rocks from the living room & patio was fantastic! The location was great too- quiet but just a short drive to uptown (traffic but we were there during spring break so it was expected!) & close to several trailheads. We'd definitely consider staying again if we visit Sedona!

You pay for the house and you get the entire farm for yourselves. Best deal ever. You don’t need to do anything. Just relax in this place, walk around, relax in jacuzzi, swim in the pool and listen to the pleasant sound of the stream right besides. We had the entire place for ourselves. A great place to just relax and disconnect from the chaotic life. The only downside was the initial checkin process where the host was unresponsive for a while. Human error and acceptable. I can let that pass by for the experience we got.

Brenda’s place was just what my wife and I needed while we were in Sedona! It was spacious, quiet, had amazing views, and is in a convenient central location. Getting to soak in the spa under the stars was such a treat and waking up to the beautiful views from their property was amazing. Would stay here again

Our stay was amazing! This house was incredible, we love the views, and my kids loved the heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi! Perfect central location to visit Sedona just 25 minutes from the house , private enough to enjoy our spring break vacations.

Ellen & Todd's place was even nicer than pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. The door was a bit difficult at 1st, but if we had read the directions that were very clear and printed right on the door we wouldn't have had any issues. We hiked everyday, and came back to the condo to get something to eat. I'd highly recommend The Hudson if you don't mind driving, otherwise Butterfly Burger and Tortas Fuego were within walking distance and both very good! After dinner we walked to the hot tub, and then back for a good night's sleep. Oh, and I accidently broke the coffee carafe :( and Lauren was very accommodating in replacing it quickly for us. I would definitely return to Ellen & Todd's condo if/when we come back to Sedona.

Great small place ideal for us! Quick in and out for a few days in Sedona. Missing something to clean the dishes with and only one day for the coffee. The office on check out had a great display of Native American jewelry and pottery. Well worth the stay!

Great location just outside of Sedona which was great for avoiding the traffic during high tourist peak season. The accommodations were wonderful, plenty of space, clean and cozy. The location was also walkable to many restaurants, groceries and more. Host was also very communicative and everything was exactly as advertised. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic experience! The view upon exiting the neighborhood was breathtaking, the home itself was comfortable and clean, and Russel was so helpful and flexible! We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would stay again if we came back!

As an Airbnb owner myself, I was very pleased with the thoughtful touches. Very comfortable beds and furniture. The hot tub was very clean. The outside area was clean and private. Great location. Easy to find, with clearly marked parking. Would highly recommend. One of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in.

Sarah responded quickly & hosts a beautiful cabin on corner lot with Tonto National forest & trail head across the street. Peaceful back yard facing the forest while rocking on porch, relaxing in jacuzzi, drinking coffee or glass of wine, fire pit with s'mores provided or listening to the wind blow through the trees & elk walking all around! Pet friendly & safe. Great time & highly recommend

The layout of Holland House was perfect for our family. 2 Master suites provided privacy for grandparents and parents while a children's wing provided space for 3 teens. The common space was large enough to accommodate everyone for dinner and games. Really enjoyed having this space after traveling the great state of AZ for a week in a van! Host was very responsive to our needs - especially when we had a dead battery and even the across the street neighbor pitched in to get kids and grandkids on their way to the Snowbowl!

Our family of seven had a wonderful stay. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. I appreciated the cleanliness (I am very particular about this) and the amenities provided. Our family consisted of myself, my husband, our three kids ages 12, 10, and 7, and grandparents. Grand Canyon and Sedona are about an hour and fifteen minutes from the house in opposite direction. Groceries and restaurants are conveniently located within 15 minutes. We were initially thinking of staying at Williams but are so glad that we ended up at Flagstaff, esp. at Andrew’s place. We would love to return again!

Had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable and super clean. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay and we were provided with detailed instructions on how to access and operate the house. Walkable to a few restaurants and only a few minutes drive to downtown. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Clara’s place! It was in a beautiful area, easy access, and fit our family of 6 perfectly. The pool table, and ping pong kept our kids busy during most of our stay. The house was inviting, clean, and cozy. The kitchen was very well stocked! The only complaint I have is there were a few dishes that had clearly been put away dirty. Other than that everything was wonderful! The hot tub was so nice to relax in. We will stay again for sure!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Sedona was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking red rock views, peaceful surroundings, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The location was idea, just minutes from hiking trails, great restaurants, and all that Sedona has to offer while still feeling private and tranquil. Our host was fantastic, providing excellent communication, local recommendations, and ensuring everything was perfect.

Kathrine’s place was awesome! Very close to downtown but has everything you would ever need to stay in. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Had an amazing stay at RRR Ranch Cabins – Evening Star! The cabin was cozy, clean, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. Loved the scenic views and the serene atmosphere. The alpaca treats were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Danielle's place. We were able to use this as our home base for visiting Sedona, downtown Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, and Sunset Crater. It was very conveniently located and was big enough for our family of 4 for a few days. The kids absolutely loved spending time in the sunroom after a busy day. You are close to many different dining options and several grocery stores, but outside of town enough that it's pretty quiet. It is along a road and there can be traffic, but it's nothing crazy (just mostly folks going to/from work). I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Flagstaff comfortably.

Beautiful location by some nice trails! Also just pretty to walk the neighborhood as well. Dinner the first night was less than a mile away, and Tlapaque (I did not spell that right) is about a 10 minute drive away, just a few miles. The cottage is very cute and looks just like the pictures. The bathroom is HUGE. The kitchen was well-stocked with water and cooking essentials. The bed was cutely made-up with heart pillows. I like a little saggier of bed (which this one was) but my boyfriend likes a little more firm bed, so he did not sleep as well as me. It does get light in the morning, so bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to that. The only slight downside is that if there is someone in the attached house, you can hear everything. Some people left their dog home at one point and it barked non-stop for 15 minutes until we left for dinner. You can hear conversations (and even pick out exact words as well). But everyone was courteous and noise stopped early enough in the night.

Kim and LeVonne were very responsive and helpful to us. Kim even loaned someone in our party a hat and gloves. The Airbnb was beautiful, clean, comfortable, peaceful and the surroundings were amazing. We loved our stay.

Stepping out the front door to the breathtaking view of Thunder Mountain could not have been beat. The house was clean, incredibly spacious and had everything we needed - and more - to feel at home. The house is close enough to stores and shops but in a nice tucked away neighborhood that is so quiet and beautiful - It's a gem!

Our family had a wonderful stay in flagstaff. Highly recommend this stay to anyone!

We stayed at Tim and Leisa's guest house for 2 nights in April 2025. Their place was exactly as described - great little "home away from home". Had everything we needed. Central to everything that you might want to do in Sedona and in fact our first hike (Teacup Trail) was literally only minutes away from the front door. The neighborhood itself is very nice - quiet and very walkable. You are also only minutes away from a host of food/shopping options so everything is very convenient in that regard. We would absolutely stay with Tim and Leisa again our next time visiting Sedona.
