Shannon’s place was a great stay! Actually had more space than expected including an extra bed in one of the rooms than what’s pictured. The home is literally right across from the pool entrance! Perfect for the kids early morning swims! Spacious and clean! I would definitely recommend this place🥰

Great place! Really cute and homey. Super walkable and right next to the beach and two of our favorite restaurants, which was so nice. Our hosts were really nice to speak with and were super quick to respond to a problem we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a big family getaway. Our family had an amazing stay at this property! The space was clean, spacious, and beautifully set up to accommodate a large group comfortably. It looked just like the pictures. The location was great—close to everything we needed, including restaurants, shops, and the beach. The kids loved the pool, and the adults appreciated the quiet and cozy atmosphere. The host was responsive, thoughtful, and provided us with lots of recommendations. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfy, and exactly like the photos. It’s in a quiet neighborhood about a 10-minute walk from the beach. The bed was super comfy, the decor gave it a great vibe, and TVs in every room were a bonus. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, laundry pods were provided, and the outdoor space (with a few lizard sightings!) was lovely. The host was responsive and everything went smoothly—would definitely stay again.

Really loved our stay. It was easy to find, we had plenty of space and privacy, and the back yard and docks were perfect for our dogs. The view was beautiful, and we had everything we needed. I recommend this spot for anyone who wants be near water, nice people, and be close to everything they need.

Perfect for me, my family and my 2 dogs. The beach access was right in front of the Airbnb & was perfect location. What he lists as amenities is true & if you have specific needs not listed in amenities you just have to provide that for yourself. His house may not be completely updated but the pictures are very true to how it is. Was very happy with my stay here & truly enjoyed the balcony. Will have to come back when it’s not raining! Thank you David for being a great host!

The house was great. You can tell it’s an older home and the bathroom has a faint odor but I’m sure that’s due to the age of the house too. I was a little nervous when reading the reviews that the house wouldn’t stay cool enough but it was PERFECT! Very easy and convenient location. The backyard was awesome for our dog! Overall I would give our stay a 10/10!

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! January's place was cozy and welcoming. it is in a great location, you can easily walk to many restaurants. perfect place for a small family.. would stay again!! also January had great communication and always answered fast..

Smartly decorated a very nice private fenced backyard. A little bit of a walk to the beach but in this part of PCB there's plenty of street parking right next to the beach so we just drove.

We absolutely loved our stay at Miramar Beach and at this Airbnb! We felt right at home there. Also, we loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

This is our second time to stay at Saltwater and it was just as perfect as the first. Jenny is super responsive & easy to communicate with. She is an excellent host; the surprise welcome package really made us feel special! The home is perfectly located and so welcoming. Beds are comfy and kitchen has everything you need so you’re not running out to Publix every night for random condiments. There is every beach accessory you can think of available for use. I cannot wait to bring my family back again and again!

Jessica’s home was wonderful. It was updated, decorated very nicely and clean. Tons of instructions and amenities in the kitchen. The house is away from all the condos so the beach was not crazy busy. Would highly recommend!!!
