Condo vacation rentals in Seabrook Island

Very clean and perfect for our family of 3. We stay in Folly every summer and this is the cleanest & most comfortable place that we have stayed. It's 5 blocks from Center Street so it is a bit of a walk if you are going to and from Center Street for meals. My husband and I were fine with the walks-- 4 year old not so much! Super comfortable bed and pull out sofa was perfect for our daughter. Love the spacious bathroom and the outdoor area was nice! You do hear people upstairs but we could mostly block it out with our sound machine. Overall would stay here again!

Wonderful stay, beautiful place with great views! We had an excellent time! Super clean, plenty of room for 4 adults, just as described! Alice was a great host! Would love to return!

Communication was excellent. Upon arrival the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We did not think about bringing beach towels, emailed asking about them, with in an hour or so we had 4 beach towels and additional bath towels delivered to the door. Kitchen was well equipped with everything to cook all our meals. We look forward to staying again soon.

Our stay was wonderful! The location was perfect, just a short walk or bike ride away to the beach. Freshfields is great with everything you need and the condo itself was tastefully decorated, thoughtfully equipped and very clean. We loved it and will be back!

The place was perfect for a weekend getaway. Tyler’s communication was excellent and was available for questions during the stay. We would book his place again!

We loved staying at Heather’s villa. It was perfect for our family’s needs and we hope to return. Heather was an excellent communicator and host. We appreciated all of the thoughtful and special touches to her villa, which made us feel at home.

My husband and I loved our stay! It was super peaceful, and we were as close to the beach as you could get. We will absolutely be back!

Has everything you’re looking for to access Seabrook and its amenities.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed riding bikes and swimming in the community's pool. My husband and daughter had fun walking the dog and looking for alligators ;-). We enjoyed evening bike rides to the general store where we got soft serve icecream and riding the free shuttle to the beach during the day. Laura was very quick to respond when I had questions and seemed genuinely interested in recieving input on her home. We would definitely consider coming back. Thanks Laura!

Great condo and on Edisto Island! It was very clean and well decorated with a nautical theme. The bedding was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The condo is a quick five minute drive to all of our favorite restaurants, the beach and the grocery store. It was very quaint and quiet with a beautiful view of the turtle filled creek and golf course. The host was very responsive and friendly and that is something that I highly admire!

We had an awesome stay here! The place was extremely clean and the hosts made sure we had more than everything we needed. The neighborhood was a fun, tranquil, and walkable area with lots of restaurants (loved Fuel Charleston nearby!) which I enjoyed even more than the major sights in Charleston itself! Would definitely rebook.

We had a wonderful stay at Queens Grant! You can tell the hosts really put in thought and lots of work to make this home amazing. A major plus was that it was pet friendly too. The appliances were new, the home was spotless, and we had everything we could possibly need already there for us. The location was peaceful and quiet and it was steps away from the general store and a short drive to the beach. There were tons of little touches that made our stay so much greater and we truly enjoyed it. We can’t wait to go back!

This place is lovely! Absolutely recommendable *****. The place was very clean and lovingly arranged. The description and the pictures are very accurate. It also had everything you need even if you want to cook full meals. Very comfortable beds and quiet at night, perfect to have good rest after busy days. Elliott and Kylie are quick to respond, very friendly and super helpful. The location is great, very close to the beach, we could even walk there with elderly grandparents without a problem. The beach is great, not crowded and with amenities (bathroom, showers, water station, etc) Like other guests say: you'll definitely feel right at home there. We will be coming back!

I really enjoy staying at Jackie's place. This was my second time staying at her place and my third time staying in the complex. The location is great. Close to the beach, shaded patio and backyard area, centralized location, close to shopping, easy to find and great for traveling with a dog. Condo was clean, roomy, temperature was good in the condo and bed was comfortable. I really like the shaded walkway across the street. Easy to walk my dog in the middle of the day. A trolly runs every 30 minutes in the area to. And there is a restaurant/bar across the street. The condo is .3 of a mile to the beach. There is pay for parking closer. The city raised the rates for parking this year. They have signs up to pay. You just need your license plate number and a credit card.

Had a wonderful experience staying at Kimberly’s place. It is literally right across the street from the entrance to Parris Island, and was the perfect spot to stay for Family Week! Kimberly was flexible and always responded quickly with answers to any questions I had both before and during my visit.

Elizabeth responded quickly to questions. She is friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. We enjoyed her condo so much we extended our stay. The condo itself was very clean and exactly as advertised. Very close to private pier and beach. Was nice to go to the beach without the crowds of public beaches. Very close to Patriotic Point, Forts Sumpter and Moultrie. Many restaurants within walking distance. We hope to make it back next year!

Condo was super easy to get to on the first floor and definitely oceanfront. Although we were on the first floor, we could still see 98% of the ocean over the dunes and easily hear the waves crashing from the balcony. We got to see a family of rabbits hopping through the dune grasses and 99.9% of the time no one is seen between our balcony and the ocean… giving the feeling of seclusion in a populated area. Everything worked as it should in every room in the condo… fantastic TVs, extremely good shower heads, sturdy beach chairs, stout beach umbrella w/ anchor, comfortable plush leather sofa, and a very comfy form fitting memory foam king bed with plenty of pillows for even the finicky sleeper. 99% of my kitchen needs were met…i’ll remember the cooking spray next time. The plush white sand was a pleasant surprise as well as how level and firm the sand gets when the tide goes out, great for bocce ball! BTW, just about any kind of tent, wind shade or popup is allowed on the beach.

Loved the location and this place met all of our needs and expectations! Was very well stocked with toiletries, toilet paper, soap, coffee, etc which seems to be uncommon at places we've stayed before. This was our first stay at Kiawah and we will be back!

We enjoyed the stay and the ocean view from the room. Child friendly with the bunkbeds and sand castle supplies. The pool was a quick walk and viewable from the room. I would definitely recommend this clean, convenient, and safe stay.

Two words: absolutely wonderful! Felt right at home the moment we walked in. It was exactly as pictured and described. Close to everything. 20 minutes from Charleston and 5 min drive to ocean. Beautiful water views from porch. Also enjoyed time at the pool. Fully stocked kitchen. We will be returning again.

Everything was awesome. The only negative was we didn’t end up getting check-in access until about 5pm the first day, but we did get an hour later checkout. Would stay again for sure

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this beach getaway—both for a wedding and for some much-needed relaxation. The location was excellent, with a very short walk to a private beach and pool. Nikki was extremely responsive and kind. She provided plenty of towels, beach chairs, and beach toys for the kids, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Only a few complaints. Nikki has all of the cooking appliances, but no cooking oil or seasoning. Shower pressure is uncomfortably hard. And the fan in the bedroom is loud, no matter what setting you have it on, other than that everything else was great stay.
