The apartment is in the most tourist place in the city, as described. Very clean, wide, comfortable and well organized for a family - never ending hot water, own entrance, places to store things, kitchen supplies. The only thing I really missed, is a coffeemaker, but we survived. We loved the yard to take rest in the evening. Mehmet is very comprehensive and polite, really helpfull, Thanks a lot!. If we visit Istanbul in future, we will look for this place again, for sure. I recommend!

the apartment was as clean as seen in the pictures. it was warm enough for me in the winter weather, The Host Isil was warm, receptive and kind towards me. (such a sweet and pleasant lady) I felt at home in the apartment and I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in an apartment with our family and were very satisfied! Everything is beautifully neat and the staff is polite and caring!

Husein’s place is a great gem! We stayed there for two nights, two if of us and the pictures doesnt do justice of how spacious the apartment is. It is fully equipped and it was very warm and cozy (we stayed during the winter). However, the biggest cherry on top was the hospitality. We cannot thank Said enough who helped us at 12am to order food as we couldn’t get our apps to work. This gesture will never be forgotten and we will definitely stay there in the future!

We had a mother and a house that is more than enough for 7 people. The beds are very comfortable. The house was spotless. The view of the house is great. We couldn't use the pool because the weather was cold, but it looked very nice. This can definitely be your first choice when you come to the island. We had a very nice stay at the price. You can find everything you need in the kitchen.

Couldn’t recommend more, we thought it was an apartment building but it was a hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a few mishaps and they went out of their way to help us out, very kind and welcoming. The apartment itself was also as pictured in the photos online, we would stay again

Volkan was a great host. From the very beginning, he gave clear instructions on how to navigate from the airport as well as how to avoid scammers. He was also kind enough to give us an itinerary of things to do. Locally, everything is located right near the property. Literally, it's a five minute walk to most of the tourist attractions. I enjoyed my time there thanks to Volkan and his great hospitality. Additionally, for about the same price as a taxi, he organized transportation to the airport. Bravo!

Everything was just as shown, we were very satisfied, it was great to have kitchen utensils for eating and drinking. The apartment is spacious and satisfying. The host is very friendly and solved all my problems, and very quickly, I was very satisfied, I would recommend 🙂😊

very responsive host, gives very good tips for visiting the places and which transport to choose, very nice comfortable apartment very well heated with the necessities typical of an Airbnb 💗 and easy access by self check-in ( do not expect a 5-star hotel for demanding people) it is more than enough to visit Istanbul placed close to all activities 😘 and public transport. i recommend the apartment and the 👏 top host

We had a very nice stay at Farouq’s place during our weeklong visit to Istanbul. The apartment was very clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient - within a 10-15 minute walk to many of the historical sites with many grocery stores and excellent restaurants close by.

A very charming and responsive lady that dealt with all queries quickly and promptly. Property as described in the heart of Ümraniye literally seconds walk to high street and all major shops. Our stay was in the depths of İstanbul's winter but property was nice and warm. Neighbours were a little boisterous now and again but that didn’t really bother us. Çok teşekkür ederim Gülşen hanım.

Very friendly and clean and nice appartment!

Great place with a great location, perfect for 2 people. It is located in a busy neighbourhood, but the apartment itself is still very quiet, you can not hear a sound from the streets thanks to its courtyard-facing position. The hosts are communicative and helpful folks, everything went well.

Muss Sami was an extremely helpful and dear landlord! We were always answered directly and if there were any problems, we could be helped quickly. I can only recommend it!

Central, clean, tidy, and a very good place to stay in terms of price performance.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Ferid's place. I would definitely recommend it! Pros: - The place is generally clean and exactly as described. - The kitchen has all the necessary amenities, so you can easily cook your own meals. - The host is responsive. - It's very central, close to Taksim, where you'll find the M2 metro station that connects you to almost anywhere. - There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the market is just a 30-second walk away. - A 10-minute walk takes you to the lively bar scene and entertainment spots in Taksim. Cons: - The bathroom could benefit from a better drainage system, as water tends to accumulate on the floor and stay wet for long periods, leading to it getting dirty every time you step in it. - There is no elevator (as mentioned by the host). This wasn't an issue for my friend and me since we're in good shape, but it's something to keep in mind. Though Ali was incredibly nice and still helped us get one of the suitcases up

The apartment is well located, less than 10 minutes from the Blue Mosque and Saint Sophia. The street is very quiet and there's no noise, so you sleep very well. The bedroom is very large and the kitchen is equipped with just a few items, but enough to cook a small meal. It's very easy to communicate with Enes. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The location of the house was very central and very well cleaned. You don't have a problem checking in and out. Just the beds are a little uncomfortable. Other than that, there is no problem, it is recommended.

This place is truly worth the money—I'd even say more than that. Everything looks exactly as shown in the photos. While the space is a bit small (which wasn’t an issue for us but might be for others), it offers great value. What We Loved: Perfect Location – The room is ideally situated, just a short walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, yet it’s incredibly quiet and peaceful. Clean and Well-Maintained – The room was spotless and well cared for. Thoughtful Touches – The host pays attention to small details that make a difference. I was pleasantly surprised to find an adapter for Asian to European sockets. Neat Outdoor Area – The surroundings were clean and well-kept. Room for Improvement: Dining Table – It’s quite small, more suitable for one person rather than a proper dining setup. Noisy Exhaust System – If you plan to cook, keep in mind that the air exhaust can be quite loud. Broken Sofa – The sofa is not in great condition and isn’t comfortable to sit on.
