Vacation rentals with a sauna in Sea of Marmara

The place is comfortable, clean and tidy .. There is a shuffle in the bathroom .. And the dealing is very sophisticated .. The employee treats him a wonderful time shorter and mana from the first day to the last day.. We encountered a problem on the first day and the quickest time .. And whatever we would do, he responds, and on a smooth length.. A thousand thanks to him and for his dealings

Emin’s place was magnificent. View was breathtaking & competes with many places in the city with views. I loved waking up to the gorgeous view & coming back to it every evening. It was part of the visit’s highlight. There are no blackout curtains and the light is strong but I wasn’t bothered. I slept with an eye mask & wanted to see the views the second I wake up. So I didn’t even use the curtains. The building has many services & is easy to locate. The penthouse was neat & organized. The amenities were very good (coffee machine, washing machine, kitchen utensils, air fryer). It needs a microwave and definitely mirrors. There’s only 1 in the bathroom with bad lighting. The only downside of the place is that there’s no AC in the bedroom & it was very hot. I had the AC on in the living room & the fan on in the bedroom to try to move the cold air but it was quite uncomfortable. Emin was a wonderful host. He communicated all the time, before the trip and throughout.

We had great communication, very attentive and the apartment had water, fruits, basic items and that make a lot of difference. I felt at home, I was able to enjoy my stay with peace of mind.

Secure place good location and an understanding host

Awesome stay for a big family! The house is so clean and wonderful , its well equipped with all necessary equipment! The host was so kind and helpful, the flat is so big it can even host 10 family members ! I highly recommend ❤️❤️

Great host and quite responsive. The apartment is right beside a large shopping mall that had a beautiful holiday market in December. I would stay again if in the immediate area.

This is real Turkish hospitality! We really liked the apartment and the area around it. Very nice, quiet, cozy and comfortable living room, equipped kitchen, water, tea, coffee. Quiet area, lots of good restaurants nearby. Sound insulation, good shower. Fast internet connection. The apartment has a small sauna, which was unexpected and very pleasant! In general, we were 100% satisfied with our stay.

Everything was spotless, no problem with cleanliness The hot water in the bathroom is a little nuisance, but it was warm. The house was very hot on these cold days. Everything was enough. There is nothing missing, there is nothing dirty, you can stay with peace of mind.

This apartment was delivered spotless, with simple but elegant modern furnishings and appointments. Everything was in brand new condition and very high quality all of which showed how well the host took care of everything. The Host and Hostess were extremely attentive, caring, helpful, generous, gracious and professional during my entire stay. From the start at check-in, they attended in person and took the time to walk me through both the apartment and the most important areas of the building. At the end of my stay, again they personally met me in the lobby and not only thanked me for my stay but asked what they did do to improve and even though I have been a vacation rental host in Miami, Florida, U.S.A. for over 20 years, I honestly couldn’t think of anything! Amazing apartment. Exactly as described and within 10 minutes walk to Taksim square. Hosts were very caring, helpful and available at any point to help. Including offering to help get to/from airport. Will be staying again

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!

I had a fantastic stay! The hosts were super hospitable and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They checked in with me regularly and were always available whenever I reached out. The owner is a couple, and the spouse I interacted with was especially kind and welcoming. The area itself was amazing, everything I needed was just a short walk away, from pharmacies and markets to shops and restaurants. I took a walk every day, and the streets were full of the cutest cats! Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Doğukan. If I mention it in detail, our check-in was very comfortable, when we went, we got our key directly and settled in the house. Everything needed for a living space in the house was considered. The kitchen had all the utensils, including a coffee maker. The bathroom was also thought out from shampoo to laundry detergent. She was also very responsible for communication, and we got a quick response when we had a problem. I would recommend it in a friendly way for a smooth stay.

Ms. Gülin was a host who answered the questions instantly and provided clear instructions about check-in and checkout house use and details. The house is more beautiful than the photos, I don't want to go without saying that. We spent a great weekend with the kids.

We stayed as a family group, and those two days became truly unforgettable moments in our lives. We were beyond happy and amazed by the experience. Our stay from February 4-6 was exceptionally well-prepared, with every detail thoughtfully arranged—from the cozy fireplace and ample firewood to the constant supply of hot water and the villa’s warm, inviting atmosphere.
