From easy check-in, endless recommendations based off your own specifications, checking in to see if you needed anything, replies fast, goes above and beyond if you needed anything at all, and the list goes on! the most accommodating, friendliest, and most helpful host on the planet. Not to mention, the space was GORGEOUS, and so comfy! he put such delicate artistic thought into his place and it was such a nice escape from reality to stay in this lovely space. im recommending this spot to all my friends and family, and i will definitely be staying here again. 10/10 recommend. also, walking distance to all the things you need, from food to activities. Very cute and dreamy neighborhood. it does not get better than this!

we are a family of 10 adults and 3 children (1 to 5 years old), the accommodation was really suitable for our family, 6 large bedrooms including toilet and bathroom, a room where we had breakfast and dinner (food bought in small restaurants or canteens, it was very typical and very good). The house is very close to the lake in a central location. Cleanliness was very good. We did not have any problems in terms of linens, pool, etc. The items were new and had everything we needed. Only the cover on the hot tub wouldn't close. We couldn't use it. And because it's so close to the road, there's car noises, but if you're going to go in the winter, it's not too much of

We highly recommend this decent and peaceful environment built by Osman Bey among the forests. Since the weather is cold on the dates we visited, we couldn't spend a lot of time in the pool, but it was still very convenient to get in and freshen up. We did not have any problems with the hot tub and we enjoyed it very much. Mr. Osman helped us very quickly with everything we needed, and we would also like to thank him.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We were very happy with our stay. It provided good amenities in terms of design and usefulness. The garden and pool were very nice, the temperature of the pool was very good and it was not cold. It was also highly protected in terms of privacy. Our host was a positive person and had a structure that was trying to help. It was a nice experience, we didn't regret it.
