Boutique hotel vacation rentals in Sea of Marmara

The stay at the place was very good overall. The room was big and clean throughout. Only if you take a closer look at it was very very dusty under the bed there was no dusting for a long time. But we only noticed that because my fiancé lost her earring and who fell right in there. But it's not something you need to ride around now. The only thing that bothered me a little is that the air conditioning system heated the heating, but only the entrance area, the heat was not distributed into the room. The night was a little cold. If they could improve that somehow it's really very highly recommended. From this is highly recommended 🙏🏾

Great location located near all the major attractions in Istanbul. Obviously not a 5 star hotel, but definitely worth the price!

This apartment is absolutely stunning - the view is just something else The location is perfect with Taksim square only a short walk away Duygu was incredibly friendly and very responsive, she helped me with anything that I needed! Pics don’t do this place justice, you have to see it for yourself

Loved our stay here, perfect location to the mosques, many great restaurants, walkable and safe location. Receptionists were incredibly friendly and helped us get a last minute taxi to the airport too. Breakfast was delicious and had a gorgeous view of the water. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a great location to visit the local sites. The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia are only few minutes walk away.

It was above our expectations. It was as shown in the photos, although the central location was quiet and peaceful around. Transportation can be provided to many things within walking distance, such as grocery stores, etc. Their employees were friendly and caring. We did not have any problems during our stay, I would like everyone to have this experience.

I stayed in 2 of Erkan's apartments for a month. Erkan was a very responsive host and the place was beautiful and very clean. There were some issues with things breaking- mainly the air conditioners and stove. However, Erkan sent people to fix both issues right away. The location was very peaceful. It was very nice to come home to such a quiet neighborhood after a full day of sightseeing. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was very hilly (like a lot of Istanbul) and no real food within walking distance except a couple of tiny eateries. There are two really great malls just a 5-10 minute drive away, though, so we frequented those a lot. I would stay here again for sure.

My stay in this place was the best I could do , it was very easy to find its location , everything was released,very close to the most important tourist and historical attractions,I felt the truth at home ,Lis guys from the reception all made me feel at home ,very friendly and pleasant in everything ,always available for everything I need information, etc . I recommend this place 100% is exactly as described ,if you want to spend a few pleasant days in Istanbul , you loved this place.

The location is very nice, there is very easy access to everywhere in Odunpazarı houses, whether it be public transportation or taxi. Cleanliness is good, the room is very authentic, nice employees are friendly and helpful when you need any help. If I fall, I will stay in the same place again.

A really great place to stay in a central location, a few minutes walk to downtown Taxim. Communication was great! Immediately they responded to the messages and helped quickly. The accommodation is clean and completely sufficient for 2 people. A true piece of gold in the heart of Istanbul. Definitely recommend this place because value for money is perfect here.

We checked in at 3 am and thanks to them until that time, they waited and stayed in touch. We easily checked in. Thanks to the slightest problem, they took care of it right away. The room was very clean, everything was as advertised. We were satisfied. There is free parking and I did not need to use my car much. There is a tram line within walking distance. You can easily get anywhere from there. Shopping and restaurants, restaurants, etc. are right nearby. We were able to walk to the Sultan in half an hour. The location is very nice. We plan to stay again if we have the opportunity.
