Vacation rentals with a sauna in Sea of Marmara

Great host and quite responsive. The apartment is right beside a large shopping mall that had a beautiful holiday market in December. I would stay again if in the immediate area.

The place is as described, clean. Internet is just fine to scroll and watch movies, so if you work remotely, you might need to visit cafes, which are in 200m range. Perfect communication from host. Place is 1km from Taksim, but you have to go thru a mountain.

Ms. Melike's quick and solution-oriented responses helped us a lot. The apartment was as shown in the photos, very clean, clean in the facilities, and the attendants were friendly. Thank you for this beautiful experience we had.

If we are to stay in that area again, we would prefer Mr. Celal's house without hesitation again. The house is as it appears in the photos, and Mr. Celal was very helpful with both check-in and check-out, he was always very interested. The fact that it had parking was the biggest advantage. Yes, the slope it is located is steep, but it is definitely worth it because it is within walking distance to Taksim Square and the bus station.

Nice place

Apartment as shown in the photos. Great for groups of 6 people. Three bedrooms and two new bathrooms; a living room and large kitchen. The upstairs terrace is great for relaxing in the sun. There were some shortcomings in the house that were promptly filled by the timely intervention of the host. In general, the location is good, although the climb from the apartment to Taksim Square can be uncomfortable for those with serious mobility difficulties, so just be careful of this. Elevators, water and electricity always in perfect working order. The apartment is on the border between the new area of Taksim and a slightly more popular area but this does not create any problems as the area is, in general, super safe both day and night. A little noise from the street (Istanbul, in general, is chaotic) but the top floor and soundproofing of the windows mitigated this aspect. Ask the host for tips on where to go, transportation, etc..., he will always be of complete help.

The home was impeccable, 12-15 from istiklal. On the 6th floor with a nice view, spotless. The complex is very organized with a pool , gym and 2 food shops and the host impeccable, everything we needed was always there and helped us!!

We stayed with 5 families and 1 small child, there were still rooms we did not use, Mr. Batur was very interested from the first moment, he responded very quickly to all our questions. The house was very clean and tidy. The pool was clean and large enough. The ingredients in the kitchen were sufficient. We had a very pleasant and beautiful holiday, thank you 🤩😇

We were very satisfied with the service in the house. Except for the cleanliness, everything else was fine. The balcony was unusable without slippers. Very dirty unfortunately. Unfortunately, wearing white socks was not possible in the apartment. Otherwise, the stay there was very good. We enjoyed every minute of of our stay in the house . It was so comfortable especially for a large group of people . There was a room in the first floor which was very useful for older people a bathroom and shower in the first floor . The rooms upstairs were all so spacious, very beautiful . House was a combination of modern and old which gives a nice vibe ! Denis himself was very responsive! Any time we needed to ask something he was just replying in a second . We all enjoyed our stayed ! The turkish and suna were both made our trip! I recommend this place to anyone who likes to visit the old istanbul with lots of touristic area right next to you !

The weekend vacation we spent as a family at Ms. Gülin's house was very pleasant and peaceful for us. The house was even nicer than it looked in the photos and prepared with every detail in mind. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, comfort and being in touch with nature. Ms. Gülin was also open to communication, helpful and hospitable. We would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Sapanca with peace of mind.
