Vacation rentals with a home theater in Scottish Borders

It was a fantastic stay at samuel’s property. Thr guy was very cooperative. Had a lovely interaction with his family. Missed our dinner, so sam’s wife prepared a corn toast for us late night which was homely feeling. Perfect place to stay with full privacy. They have a nice cat as well. So recommended for pet lover as well.

What a lovely place to stay. It is flawlessly clean, very convenient to everything, very well equipped and quite comfortable. Georgina and Alistair were responsive, inviting and friendly. 100% we would stay here again!

Great location and very useful self check-in, since the plane delayed and we arrived late at night at the property.

Sumit is a great host, very responsive and kind, his place is very comfortable. Location is quite close to the airport but besides that there’s not much to do around.

Melville and Ciara is the BEST host i’ve ever met. They welcomed us as we were their old friends. They are sincerely give an extra mile in everything. Mel helped us with the luggages upstair and down. Ciara always makes sure we are comfortable. The house itself is beyond expectation. They decorated in amazing way. Very neat, well organized, spotless and tidy .. and smell very nice. The high quality bed and linen makes us sleep very well. The bathroom is perfectly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we need. It is a little bit far from city but there is a bus station just in front of their development with a bus takes only 30 minutes to city. The surrounding is very quiet so it feels like a sanctuary after long day in the crowds. And Brodie their cavapoo dog is a very good boy. He is super friendly. I do highly recommend this house for anyone who seek a “far away home” in Edinburgh.

A brilliant home to spend time in. Very spacious, comfortable and homely living space with a strong connection to the outdoors. Kitchen, bathrooms, living room and bedrooms had all the essential amenities, appliances, furniture and equipment to have an enjoyable stay. Some lovely extras (butter, bread, homemade marmalade, tray bakes) also provided. Seb is a great host: good communicator, friendly, and accommodating. Nice area. Close to the vibrancy of Edinburgh, but also tucked away in among quiet/peaceful countryside and quaint villages

Great place for a gals getaway. Loved the enclosed garden for the dogs and the party space with log burner in garden! Really handy for waterspouts too- we did paddle boarding at Kielder Waterside which was fab.

I stayed at Kamil's home for one night, and it was just what I needed. I had a good night's sleep, very quiet, and both the kitchen and bathroom were clean. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Edinburgh!

Kamil, was a fantastic host. As I was his first long stay rental he outlined his rules. Respect to privacy but also sociable and volunteered to take me with him when he did grocery shopping or going for take out meals. His place felt like a second home, and asked me before going into the room I rented if he had to access items stored there. The keyless door lock and outdoor camera made me feel secure. With the kitchen I had my own cupboard space as well as space in the fridge and freezer for my food, as well as instructed me in the use of the cooker and washing machine ( different from Canada).

Very nice welcome from Shilpa, despite our very late arrival (3 a.m. because of a plane delay...), with whom communication was very easy! The accommodation was very comfortable and very well located, not far from the airport. Recommended!
