The pictures genuinely do not do this place justice, the apartment was so stunning we didn’t want to leave Grounds are gorgeous and lots of wildlife around, we didn’t do any activities but there’s lots to do at the castle If you’re wanting to eat out in the local town book ahead as the restaurants fill up very quickly

This place is my heaven. Each morning I would look out at the view in complete awe. Claire, her husband, the place and location were absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to come back.

Sara’s place was perfect. It was super clean and very welcoming. Sara arranged for us to check in early as our flight to Edinburgh arrived very early in the morning. This was a game changer for us and we really appreciated how accommodating sara was in being agreeable to our request. The kitchen was well supplied, bathroom very clean and modern, bed extremely comfy, parking very easy. We particularly liked how conveniently located the suite was to the main village square. We highly recommend staying at Sara’s if you are in the Kelso area.

Absolutely loved our stay, would definitely stay again. We love Peebles and this place was in the perfect location, so peaceful and very comfortable.

We had a lovely overnight at Ryans exploring the area. The flat is spotless and beautifully decorated. Really cosy, warm and comfy. We'd packed our own games,but Ryan also has plenty of these. Great TV too. Very thoughtful to have some water, milk, juice and biccies available. Easy to find, close to all the places we were going and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Ella and Leo were so wonderful to work with — very kind, so responsive, and we'd absolutely stay again. Their place was spotless and so comfortable and stylish! From the secure building right in the heart of town, to the very thoughtfully decorated and accommodating unit, we were right at home. After a day of driving, it was a serene place to come home to for the night. We walked around the city, then enjoyed a glass of wine on the couch, with the window open and enjoying how serene and relaxed we were. In the early morning, I cracked the bedroom window and enjoyed the birds singing as the sun came up. It was just such a perfect, comfortable, beautiful spot. We would love to come back! Delightful and beautiful apartment, highly recommended and a full 5 stars. The apartment was so clean and tidy. There was a clear instruction booklet and Rebecca was great at communicating. Excellent central location in Kelso and got parked easily. Will definitely be back.

A little gem in the heart of Melrose. Walking distance to everything you'll need; supermarket, pubs, chip shop!! It is a small cosy flat which heats nicely when the heating is on. The toiletries provided smelt gorgeous. Linda responded quickly to any texts and was flexible about check-in and check-out - just guessing it was because there was no-one in before, or after, us. The flat has everything we needed, and the welcome gifts were much appreciated. We were out and about most days so only used the flat for eating and sleeping, and it was a comfy bed even if a bit on the low side. Would stay here again.

Wow ! What a beautiful big flat , fully equipped for our stay, for the weekend, and this property did not disappoint , a few steps to The square and all shops, pubs and restaurants A Must for anyone looking to stay in Kelso. Great communication from Harry and Jodie , easy check in no problems , we hope to return to this wonderful home from home at somepoint in the future !

Hannah’s place was perfect for a quick trip, loved having a log burner to use in the evening, location was perfect, walkable distance into Lauder, but in a nice quiet location with very little passing traffic, accommodation was perfectly clean and had everything I needed

We had a great stay and loved the cozy home-base in Edinburgh :) its a great walk (or run!) through the Meadows and Links to get to the city center and easily reachable by car or public transport. The home has all you need and whenever you need anything, Claire's quick and friendly to help!

A beautiful house in a great location. Walkable to city centre or take a bus from 2 minutes walk away. House is very comfortable, I stayed with my husband and my daughter and found it very charming. Bathroom and kitchen both very clean and have all the amenities one can need. Damian was very responsive and helped us with all our queries. I would definitely recommend the house to all visiting Edinburg. Thanks Damian and Oksana.

Erguns place is very modern and updated. Ergun was very responsive and a great host. Would highly recommend you stay here. Close to the royal mile but far enough away you don’t get all of the tourists. I would absolutely stay here again.

A great spot for anyone wanting to experience Edinburgh without being in the city center. Located in a more residential area near the university, we loved getting a less tourist-forward, more local experience that’s still walking distance to all the great sites. It’s also a short walk from Arthur’s Seat, so it felt like the perfect balance of city and nature.

The apartment is large and spacious, very clean, has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped, the second bathroom is a little small but overall a very cozy house in an extremely quiet residential area and well served by transportation to quickly reach every part of the city. My rating is absolutely positive!

The Airbnb was exactly as anticipated from the photos and description. Mike and Heather very friendly and helpful. Accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable with everything one would require. A bonus was being able to sit out on the patio to enjoy the secluded garden. The location was good for local shops and access to buses for getting into and back from the city centre. Altogether a very nice stay and if we need to visit Edinburgh again we would book it again.

Great location. Clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Only short walk to grass market area, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.

Very romantic, comfortable and clean ideal for a weekend away with lovely scenery and trails. Shopping is minimal take what is needed however teas and sugars were provided which was lovely and the hot tub was gorgeous.

We had a great stay at this airbnb. It was located in a great spot near the local attractions. The pictures of the accommodation were accurate. Khanna was quick to respond to messages and helpful, and we didn't have any problems with our stay. I would recommend this airbnb!

Excellent stay at Sabrina's! the location is perfect and Sabrina was very kind, even to welcome us very late in the middle of the night due to flight delays. Would definitely recommend. All attractions from Edinburgh are approximately 15min walking away from the flat!

The place is new and very clean. We liked the guy who was working at the place. He was very helpful and keep the place clean. One description needs to be fixed. The listing has dryer but it has no dryer for loundry.

Beautiful apartment. Was greeted and warmly welcomed. All the essentials were left for us in the kitchen including bread, butter, milk and even bottle of Prosecco to accompany us in the luxurious hot-tub. Worth the stay if you are visiting the area!
