Located in a small town. Town has a grocery store, gas station, Bar and Grill , Vet clinic, car repair shop, Chiroprator, and Post Office. The house has two bedrooms and everything is furnished, bedding, towels, all kitchen appliances , dishes and silverware, cleaning supplies, and a washer /dryer. Has 2 TVs - living room/kitchen, both Roku. Hunters are welcome along with their dogs, ( we ask you clean up after them) Anyone with a pet must also include a $25.00 pet fee when they book .

Walking distance to lake with beach access for swimming and fishing. Boat Marina is a mile away in state park. Public golf course 6 miles. Short 20 minute scenic drive to Yankton with shopping, movie theatre, fish hatchery, parks and water park opening 2021. Boat/Jet Ski rental information available. Beautiful sunsets. WIFI and Satellite TV available.

River View Escape

Enjoy your stay with family or friends in this river view, peaceful cottage. If you’re lucky, you may catch a view of a Bald Eagle soaring down the river. Our place has a long driveway with plenty of room for trailers. The marina with a boat dock to the Missouri River is a short, few blocks away. There is an outside RV electrical hookup. The RV dump station is a few blocks away. Our family lived in this home for almost 10 years and now we are excited to share it with you!

Welcome, everyone! Our home, built in 1925, is located in the heart of the historical area of downtown Mitchell. It is situated next to the World’s Only Corn Palace and includes off-street parking for two vehicles. We love attending events at the Corn Palace because we don't have to worry about finding a parking spot; we can simply walk!
