You will love your stay in this renovated cozy 1 bedroom. The entire unit is yours for the stay. It has all of the essentials and extras including a Netflix account, 20+ local channels, full kitchen, soap and towels. Adjacent to a grocery store, close to NDSU and the Fargodome. Quiet neighborhood and friendly residents in the building. The building itself is a 4-plex with all 1-bedrooms built in the 1950's. I'm slowly renovating the entire building so it will keep getting nicer.
“I just moved to Fargo a few weeks ago without having a place to live lined up first. This place is absolutely perfect for me or anyone traveling through. I've stayed here two weeks and have even thought about trying to stay in this unit longer, but the AirBNB format does not make that practical. It's truly a private apartment. Fully furnished. It has full-sized stove, full-sized refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, utensils. I've been working remotely (and I'm a network engineer) and I can assure you the WIFI is 100% solid. And I really appreciate the shared but free laundry room. It's also very clean. Oh, and free Netflix too. I haven't driven anywhere in 2 weeks, because there is a grocery store, gas station, Family Dollar, and liquor store LITERALLY across the street (and most of what I need is already here). It's about a 4 minute drive to a more commercial area with restaurants and various shops. The primary host, Christopher, has answered his phone right away the 3 times that I called him. There are two other co-hosts, AJ and Katie, who live upstairs. They're your POC once you arrive. They are very friendly and accommodating and a great resource for anything you need, which you won't because this place has everything you need already. Also, say hello to Dave next door when he's outside; he's extremely nice and easy to talk to. I moved here from Kansas 2 weeks ago but the few people who I have met here are already making me feel at home. This is my first AirBNB experience but it has exceeded my expectations. I'm actually looking into renting a unit next door that the host is renting out more permanently; not in the temporary AirBNB format. If you're traveling and still want to make home-made meals without worrying about invading someone else's kitchen, this is absolutely the place for you. It's literally like having a fully-furnished apartment to yourself because that's exactly what it is.”

“Enjoyed every minute we spent at Keith and Brenda’s place. Beautiful, clean, quiet space with all the amenities and a great central location. Keith and Brenda’s little slice of heaven is above reproach. Will be staying again.”

“Our stay was wonderful; we have nothing but positive things to say (and will be to those we know traveling to Fargo). Great location, safe neighbor hood, great amenities, super clean and easy check-in. We will definitely be returning.”
