Castiglione is one of the most beautiful villages in Tuscany, and among the most beautiful in Italy. The accommodation allows a comfortable use of the services offered by the village, located less than a kilometer from the center to offer spaces with privacy and silence framed by the beautiful Apuan Alps. The house is large and well organized Living area with openings on outdoor terraces and kitchen equipped with all basic necessities included. Sleeping area with 3 large bedrooms and two comfortable bathrooms. Raphael is an attentive host, but he doesn't reside in Castiglione. The lady who was supposed to welcome us was on vacation and so we checked in and checked out completely independently. Everything went well and the stay was pleasant. Definitely recommended!!!

Nice escape in rural Tuscany, cozy apartment on the edge of town. Walkable from the train station; groceries and a few restaurants are also easily accessible by foot. If you are looking for hiking then be sure to look into the Via del Volto Santo which passes through town and can take you through the hills to several towns in both directions.

What an amazing spot, we were blown away when we arrived, it far exceeded our expectations . The garden, pool and surrounding mountains are just stunning and we felt we were in our own little paradise. Matilde was extremely helpful and accommodating and helped ensure we had a lovely stay. We were very lucky to have the whole unit to ourselves whilst we were there and did far less sight seeing than we intended as we just didn’t want to leave the pool and garden! Thank you for a wonderful stay .

Lovely place with spectacular views in quiet surroundings. Perfect for truly relaxing holidays. The house is beautifully renovated (and even better than in the pictures) with lots of space for everyone. There is lots of wildlife including wild boars, porcupine, deer and fox. Watch out for scorpions (normal for the area and not dangerous, but be careful with dogs or kids). The pool is very nice and clean, too. It is possible to do nice walks nearby (good hiking shoes and maybe hiking sticks recommended)
