Waterfront vacation rentals in Sao Tome

Everything is great. The house is beautiful, there is no air conditioning but we already knew and the sea makes a lot of noise as it is a bursting zone

The stay went extremely well. The hosts are onions for our comfort, take care of us with little touches throughout the stay. Breakfast is to die for! And they were able to help us find everything we needed in town to start the holiday with peace of mind! The center is 5 min away and the sea, at the foot of the house. Perfect 👌 😁

An absolutely priceless view removed from all the noise. I absolutely loved this place, the ability to be in the middle of the wilderness yet be indoors. The perfect gateway and wish we had stayed longer. The staff was amazing and the food delicious.

we stayed at Vladimyr's place 9 nights in total the apartment is spacious and has everything for a family, the location (right in fron of the ocean) is convenient to walk to town and has several good restaurants in the same area, including a convenience store and a beatiful coffee shop nearby. Vladimyr communicated in clear english, something not so common on the island, save for hotels. All in all it was a good choice, definitively recommendable and to be used again once travelling to STP.

This place is beautiful, clean and homely. The optional dinner was delicious, the views are amazing. Electricity 24/7, running water and even hot shower. And amazed that there was wifi. Cooking possible and a functional fridge. Its quiet and calm, no one around except some birds and right next to the surf. Totally recommend and definately coming back!

Mario helped me to get all my questions answered before arriving. He is also a great guide and showed me many places in the whole country during my stay. It’s very difficult to find someone who speaks English in São Tomé so it was great that I had him as a guide. The accommodation is located in a very safe area. The breakfast includes some fresh fruits from the garden. Good value for money. I definitely recommend you to stay here if you come to visit São Tomé!

Very beautiful house with sea views from the large terrace. The rooftop is a beautiful place at any time of day. A great time spent with the family in this lovely haven.

Beautiful and simple guesthouse overlooking an incredible view. Lots of great open spaces and comfortable place. Well stocked kitchen and attentive staff with great meals on offer.

We stayed seven nights at Nora's place in São Tomé city. Nora was a great host and her house was light, airy, spacious and beautiful. She prepared the most delicious breakfasts for us every morning, with different fresh tropical fruits and yogurts each day. All beautifully presented. The house is in a great neighbourhood and is right on the beach. I could hear the sound of the waves from my bed sending me to sleep. Everything we needed was in walking distance - there was no need to rent a car while we stayed in the city. Nora gave us a wonderful base from where we could experience everything charming São Tomé had to offer. We totally recommend it! Obrigado Nora!!!
