Very beautiful house with sea views from the large terrace. The rooftop is a beautiful place at any time of day. A great time spent with the family in this lovely haven.

We were a honeymoon couple and at Valdivia Homes we felt at home. Great location, not 5min drive from Santo António, quiet place with beautiful views of the island. We use the various appliances, namely the electric stove, kettle and fridge without problems. Flawless cleaning, shower with hot water, beautiful decor and comfortable home. Listing matches listing The island runs out of light sensibly between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. but this did not interfere with our routine. In addition, we found some spiders at home, but all of this is part of the Prince's spirit and has earned us good memories! Finally, a note to Rita, which although distant was always available and even gave great recommendations about what to visit and where to eat, and to Joaquim, who supports the house, helped us with the car rental and was tireless in all our requests. Undoubtedly a stay to consider for those visiting the Prince! 🩵

The best decision for my stay at Príncipe was to have chosen this accommodation. It is in the middle of nature and is very charming, as it is a traditional local construction. Nhanó, which helps manage the property, is an experienced guide and he and his family are charming. In addition, it is possible to order meals with them at an affordable price and the food is very tasty. I liked it so much that I decided to stay one night longer than planned. Communication and the hits with Jean-Marc were very easy.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Joaquim, whose assistance and friendly demeanor set the tone for our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt right at home, and his local tips and recommendations truly enhanced our experience. Our room was immaculate, featuring a clean and well-appointed bathroom with a nice shower. We especially enjoyed the porch, where we spent peaceful mornings sipping coffee and soaking in the serene views. Communication with Rita (our landlord) was exceptionally friendly adding a very personal touch to our stay. In summary, the Kingfisher is a hidden gem that we highly recommend to anyone seeking relaxation and genuine hospitality.

The photos of Hamilton's house do not do this pad justice. It is a stunning spot with an amazing view overlooking the coast and a sweet little island. The house itself is really nicely laid out and spacious. The kitchen is a little under equipped but we still managed to cook for 8 people. Hamilton was really welcoming and kindly let us come early and leave late from the house. We would go a flash.
