Very beautiful house with sea views from the large terrace. The rooftop is a beautiful place at any time of day. A great time spent with the family in this lovely haven.

Tribal Green 2 exceeded our expectations in every way. Nestled on a hill with breathtaking views of Santana Island, this accommodation offers a perfect blend of comfort and privacy. Our room was beautifully appointed, and the clean bathroom and the shower with a view added to our delight. The porch quickly became our favorite spot, where we could soak in the lush surroundings and stunning vistas. The location is fantastic, set in a welcoming neighborhood with little shops and “bars” (try a glas of palm wine!) just a short walk away. For beach lovers, Santana Beach and its dive center are only a 40-minute stroll, offering both relaxation & adventure. Nick's assistance was invaluable, ensuring our stay was smooth and memorable. We also loved the delicious breakfasts and dinners, which were a daily highlight. Communication with the landlord was always friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our time so much that we extended our stay beyond our initial plans. Tribal Green is truly a gem.

It was an exceptional stay for us with Bastien and his wife Claudia. The space is just as expected, the view and calm are divine. The beach is 3min from the accommodation and is extremely quiet. Everything perfectly matches the description so I will dwell on what is not detailed: - The cuisine is amazing, the chefs adorable and the food comes mainly from products directly from the plantations of Bastien and Claudia. - You can also find liqueurs, gin and other tasty spirits coming directly from the Bastien stills. - And finally the hosts themselves, Bastien is passionate and will explain to you the whole process of preparing each locally prepared food or spirits and you will not see the time pass, the visit to the vanilla plantation was also very interesting. We will be happy to come back for a longer period, thank you again Bastien! Ana & Remy

Housekeepers were a really nice young couple. Great food. Very helpful. A good place to see the north of Sao Tome from. However a few problems with the listing. There is no wifi, or no lockbox (which would have made check in way easier). And the map coordinates aren't totally accurate, although, that is common with a lot of airbnb places.

we stayed at Vladimyr's place 9 nights in total the apartment is spacious and has everything for a family, the location (right in fron of the ocean) is convenient to walk to town and has several good restaurants in the same area, including a convenience store and a beatiful coffee shop nearby. Vladimyr communicated in clear english, something not so common on the island, save for hotels. All in all it was a good choice, definitively recommendable and to be used again once travelling to STP.

Mario helped me to get all my questions answered before arriving. He is also a great guide and showed me many places in the whole country during my stay. It’s very difficult to find someone who speaks English in São Tomé so it was great that I had him as a guide. The accommodation is located in a very safe area. The breakfast includes some fresh fruits from the garden. Good value for money. I definitely recommend you to stay here if you come to visit São Tomé!

José was a friendly and considerate host. His apartment was not available to us due to unexpected difficulties with water supply, but José already had alternative arrangements in place for us at a very nice guest house. We would definitely make contact with him again at our next stay.
