Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Sao Tome

Nerziana her accommodation was clean and spacious, with a private bathroom featuring a sink, shower and toilet. In the room itself there was also a refrigerator and airconditioning. Downside was that there was only water when you plugged in the water pump/generator, which was located outside in the garden. One time there was no water even with it plugged in, which was inconvenient. There is a kitchen, but it is shared with the other rooms in the house that are being rent and sometimes it was not accessible due to the iron door in front of it being closed, of which we didn’t have a key. The price for the accommodation was reasonable and we also rented a car from Nerziana her husband for € 30 per day, which went smoothly.

The stay went extremely well. The hosts are onions for our comfort, take care of us with little touches throughout the stay. Breakfast is to die for! And they were able to help us find everything we needed in town to start the holiday with peace of mind! The center is 5 min away and the sea, at the foot of the house. Perfect 👌 😁

If you want a place to stay i could not recommend higher this place. I had previously been to Sao Tome and experienced many issues regarding water electricity supply. Due to the facilities at this establishment you will go through your stay blissfully unaware to these issues. The neighbourhood is quiet, people welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately I didn't get to meet Mark personally during my stay but his staff did him proud and catered to all of our needs. I was travelling for business, but this place caters for this and also relaxation should you be on your holiday. This is by far my first choice of places stay while in Sao Tomè.

The greatest Airbnb in São Tomé. Very comfortable and perfect location. Host was very welcoming and always reaching out to help and ensure that everything was fine.

Mario helped me to get all my questions answered before arriving. He is also a great guide and showed me many places in the whole country during my stay. It’s very difficult to find someone who speaks English in São Tomé so it was great that I had him as a guide. The accommodation is located in a very safe area. The breakfast includes some fresh fruits from the garden. Good value for money. I definitely recommend you to stay here if you come to visit São Tomé!

Célio's space is very beautiful, situated in a paradisiacal landscape. Célio is a great host, always available to help, give tips and support us daily. With him always around, we feel very safe and accompanied. We were very surprised by the positive. I highly recommend this location

Had a perfect stay here in the center of the capital. Safe and good place to stay. Also a good place to start your trip around the island. Amilson helped us all the way through our stay. Easy to get a rental, exchange money or organize tours. best local guide! Breakfast is 8€/day/person. Well-done with local fruits. Good service, clean and nice pool.

Very nice stay at Josefa's. This is a very well-equipped family home that has everything you need to stay comfortably. The lack of air conditioning did not bother me, there is a fan in the room and the common areas are well ventilated and cool. the house is impeccably clean. Place of calm and sereneity. Pleasant and friendly meeting with Josefa , generous and attentive to the needs of his guests. i really recommend it.

Very smooth

Wilson, Mila and the kids welcomed me very warmly. The room is clean and very comfortable. If you want, you can also work well at the small desk and with the WiFi. I also liked the porch where you can read well. For breakfast there was delicious homemade papaya jam. It's unfortunate that the mangoes from their own garden don't ripen until I leave. There are certainly more luxurious and also slightly quieter and more idyllic places on São Tomé, but if you are not only surrounded by tourists and want to hear a bit of life in São Tomé, the Vila de Conde is a very good place. You can reach several beaches by mototaxi or on foot and it is also only 15 minutes by car to the city and the airport. I had a very nice time overall.
