The house is too beautiful, all the guests loved the house, very organized. We rented it to gather my friends from my party for a 15-year celebration, and everything was very beautiful. The gourmet space, people, what is that, I would stay there another 15 days if I could... it has everything you need to make lunch, breakfast, a barbecue... good, without words to describe it. I highly recommend it. Ana and her daughter answered my questions quickly and very politely. We love the house♡...gratitude

I found this listing to spend a few days with my family and I can say it's really an oasis. I've never found anything so amazing in a city like São Paulo. The entire house is glazed, very spacious, and has a wonderful backyard. The feeling is that we are not in the city of São Paulo but in the countryside, but at the same time, we are in the heart of Vila Madalena. The host brought us bananas grown in his own backyard, which reminded me of the times when I spent my childhood in the countryside and ate from my own backyard. The host lives in the back house, so he needs to go through the yard, but it was really nice to have him around, especially because the house is so big and sometimes we get confused about where things are. The bedroom mattress is King size, very comfortable, and the pillows are also excellent. The bedding is of high quality. The kitchen is super equipped and huge, with a large dishwasher. It's been a happy few days!

I reserved the space to celebrate my son's 18 years, from the first contact to Viviane and Henrique were very kind, the house is PERFECT. Our family and guests loved the house, which really has a cosy energy, a house richly decorated with everything you need. I hope I have other opportunities to book again .. We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect, right in the heart of São Paulo, on Rua Frei Caneca. It's close to everything, with easy access to restaurants, shops and transportation. The accommodation was cozy, clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. Sonia's place is perfect as it is in the photos. Very well equipped with kitchen items, hygiene and great hairdryer. Extremely clean and smelling bedding. The place is really very beautiful and has a great view. We had some difficulties in accessing the garage, but not because of Sonia. I believe it is due to the safety measures that the city requires and because of the integration of the gatehouse with the security guards.

Great location for those going to the Albert Eistein stadium or hospital. Clean, organized and very complete apartment, especially in the kitchen utensils. Fantastic leisure area. The only observation is that the apartment faces the street, so it is natural that there is noise from cars and buses.
