Apto very good, clean, big rooms, wonderful rooms all with curtains,very well located, all very polite and helpful employees, super market close to the apt, wonderful beach with many leisure options, and the very polite host, I'm sure to come back and super recommend.

Simply wonderful!!! Communication was fast at all times; the place is spectacular, everything on the side; the apartment is wide, clean, everything working perfectly well. I didn't have any problems...

The apartment has an extremely passionate view! There were four of us and it has the right space for organization and comfort. It's the second time I've been and I'm in love with Porchat Island, it's a calm and quiet place that makes you want to walk everywhere. Patricia is very helpful and polite, a 10!

Flávio e Renata's apartment is very beautiful! Super clean, smelling, tidy, well-equipped with all that is needed to pass the stadia with great comfort. Well decorated as we see in the photos. With the bathtub it's hard to want to get out of it kkk. The building is very quiet, very well located facing the beach and close to everything. The staff are very friendly. The super attentive hosts have passed all check-in guidelines. Super recommend to those who come for work or rest.

Amazing accommodation, close to restaurants, bars, mall and other shops. Courtesy and polite employees. All very clean and organized. Very close to the beach and with its own parking lot.

It was just perfect, we loved the condominium, the location, we played table tennis, we used the bathtub, we went to the beach and to the mall on foot!! Maripê is an excellent host and very kind, we will definitely be back!!

Very good and cozy space, full kitchen with utensils, large bathroom, well organized room and everything was clean. The Condominium is extremely organized too, with a valet for the car and a very well-prepared staff, in addition the pool is good. It is worth noting that the host is extremely helpful for any questions.

Apartment with excellent location, super cozy, well equipped and structured. Fabulous view of São Vicente Bay, right in front of Itararé and Milionários beaches. The building is also very organized and the staff are helpful and polite. The stay was very worthwhile.

Great apartment! Even better than described and in the photos. All very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and pillows, clean and smelling bedding and bath linens. Full house with microwave, sandwich maker, Air fryer, stove with oven, very good refrigerator, plus very good kitchen utensils. For those who have a little time, have some good books as well. the Local is also great, with many shops around. Fernando was an excellent host, very requested and sympathetic, making us very comfortable. We feel at home and hope to return soon!
