This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

The place is amazing, clean cozy and practical. The host is always available and was generous with our check-in and check-out times. The apartment is in the city center of São Paulo, it is good to consider that it has all the facilities to access, but it is also important to consider that it is the center of a large metropolis. I went to work and every time I need to return to SP I will check the availability of this accommodation. It was perfect! Thank you so much!

The locale matches exactly what is described in the listing. Aconchegante and functional. Karina is an excellent host. Proactive, communicative and ready to meet any needs. The only weakness I found of the site (which doesn't have much to do with the studio itself) was that the main avenue is extremely busy. So we derive the use of transport by application and recommend abusing the subway that is very close to the site. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Cleber is an amazing person and a great host, he welcomed us at check-in and showed a kindness that I had not yet witnessed on this app. The space is extremely cozy, the decor is very eye-catching, my wife and I felt very welcomed and we were able to rest peacefully. Location near 25 de Março, São Paulo market, Liberdade neighborhood and surroundings, so if you are looking for a refuge to rest after your purchases, without a doubt this is a find. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon ☺️

The stay was amazing, the location was close to several points I visited, there is a subway on the back street of the building, which made transportation even easier. Everything is very clean, organized, very good location and beautiful view, I would definitely come back more often!!

Very well located apartment, ideal for those who want to spend time in São Caetano. Air-conditioning, TV, kitchen utensils, washing machine, shower and bed, all very good. Marcos was very clear and cordial in his communications. I recommend it and intend to return.
