The apartment has an extremely passionate view! There were four of us and it has the right space for organization and comfort. It's the second time I've been and I'm in love with Porchat Island, it's a calm and quiet place that makes you want to walk everywhere. Patricia is very helpful and polite, a 10!

It was amazing, great location, super close to the beaches, to do everything walking, space was super clean and organized, had everything we needed, sure me and my boyfriend will come back more times. The gatekeepers are very kind and proactive, always helping us in everything.

Flávio e Renata's apartment is very beautiful! Super clean, smelling, tidy, well-equipped with all that is needed to pass the stadia with great comfort. Well decorated as we see in the photos. With the bathtub it's hard to want to get out of it kkk. The building is very quiet, very well located facing the beach and close to everything. The staff are very friendly. The super attentive hosts have passed all check-in guidelines. Super recommend to those who come for work or rest.

It was just perfect, we loved the condominium, the location, we played table tennis, we used the bathtub, we went to the beach and to the mall on foot!! Maripê is an excellent host and very kind, we will definitely be back!!

Very good and cozy space, full kitchen with utensils, large bathroom, well organized room and everything was clean. The Condominium is extremely organized too, with a valet for the car and a very well-prepared staff, in addition the pool is good. I stayed for 1 month at Salete's apartment and everything was excellent! Location is great, I did everything on foot or at most a low-cost Uber. The apartment is not warm and still has 2 ceiling fans. The size is great (I stayed alone) I would say even for 2 or 3 people. Quiet neighborhood! Neighbors don't make any noise and the building staff are very polite. It's really right on the beach and you can hear the waves at bedtime, which is wonderful. I didn't miss anything in the apartment! It is well equipped for long stays as was my case. And finally, Salete is an excellent host! The best I've ever met on Airbnb. Always helpful, friendly and willing to resolve any issue. I recommend it for those who are looking for tranquility and like to have amenities nearby to make everyday life easier, especially if it is for long periods as was my case. Ps: It has a filter with great cold water, which is already a good long-term savings!
