Very Nice and quiet place with a garden to chill. Kathryn and her Team answered all questions and messages really fast. ☺️

Sarah’s place is near everything you need to walk to yet far enough away not to be with the crowds. A large, clean apartment with 2 bathrooms - a treasure - laundry (so needed after a cycling trip). And decent sized kitchen and all the rooms really. Only drawback - and only at times - was the music across the street pizza restaurant and construction out back. That said the windows and doors are virtual sound proofing and we are out all day so don’t notice it. I still give this a 5 out of 5. One recommendation is a coffee table and comfy chair. Warm the room and make it comfortable for having drinks. Will be back!!! Thank you for quick and effective responsive was!!

A beautiful apartment in a quiet and private location just a few minutes drive from Ponta Delgada city center. The house was very clean and well maintained. The house owners were very friendly, responsive and helpful. Well worth the money!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. Very easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. But also in a quiet area. Having a garage parking spot was crucial (street parking in Ponta Delgada is a nightmare). The outdoor patio is a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. The place was spotless and cleaned daily. My only negative is that if you are planning on cooking there are literally no supplies (oil, flour, any essentials). It didn’t matter for us since we wanted to explore the (very good) restaurant scene nearby. But if you were planning to cook meals the kitchen is not stocked.

Place feels safe. It's located in a private neighborhood with automatic fence. Dedicated private parking spot is under a roof so the car is extra secure. Few minutes by car from the city center. Apartment was really large, and comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

What a beautiful and extremely clean apartment! It’s even prettier than in the picture. The bed was super comfy too. The best part? Sara left some fruit and local specialties for me on the table as a welcome gift. How thoughtful and lovely! Highly recommended.

Le logement était hyper agréable, propre et confortable. Le lit, un vrai bonheur !! Très rapide et pratique d'accès, très bien placé dans la ville, nous avons adoré. Et un grand merci pour le lait, les fruits, les petits pains et le jus d'orange ! Je recommande à 100%.

Die Wohnung ist fantastisch. Sie ist stilvoll und funktional eingerichtet. Wir hatten auch ein paar Mal den Ofen an. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick von der Terrasse und vom Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung ist relativ zentral auf Sao Miguel gelegen. Daher kann man alle Orte der Insel recht gut erreichen. Wir waren 13 Tage hier. Es wurde in der Zeit sogar zweimal die Wohnung gereinigt und die Handtücher getauscht. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber Matilde und Luis. Ihr wart sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen.

We loved staying here! Rodrigo was so kind and left us all sorts of local treats that we thoroughly enjoyed. It was easy to get everywhere from this location (both walking down the street to all of the Ponta Delgada sites, shops, and restaurants as well as being able to drive to the other sites on the island) and there was a free public parking lot right down the street. The apartment is very quiet, we rarely heard neighbors or outside noises. Lastly, we inadvertently left some clothes behind and Rodrigo texted me right away to tell me. Unfortunately, we’d already returned our rental car so we couldn’t get back to pick it up. Rodrigo went above and beyond to drop off the clothes where my cousins were staying, about 15 minutes away from the city! We absolutely loved our visit to Sao Miguel!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Andre’s place. It is located in a great location in walking distance to stores restaurants and entertainment. The pool onsite is nice especially when traveling with an infant. The apartment was nice and clean and is equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Zostaliśmy przyjeci bardzo miło. Otrzymalismy wiele rad, smaczna restauracje oraz wiele prywatnej pomocy. Bardzo doceniam to, że mogliśmy skorzystać z jego uslug. Polecamy serdecznie i pozdrawiamy.

The apartment is centrally located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of charming Ponta Delgada. The hosts were responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

A localização é excelente, perto de supermercados, da praia e de outras atrações. O anfitrião foi muito atencioso e respondeu sempre com prontidão.

Maria’s home is gorgeous, clean and well decorated. Looks exactly like the pictures, located in a great location that is a great home base to explore the whole island. We came late in the day and left early morning, Maria was very accommodating, the house has anything you could need. Can’t wait to come back and will definitely stay here again!

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment von Ruben! Es gibt einen schönen Ausblick auf den Hafen und die Innenstadt ist Fußläufig gut zu erreichen und gibt viele schöne Orte in der Nähe, die mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen sind. Vielen Dank für eine schöne Zeit in Ponte Delgada!

Azores island Sao Miguel was just complete paradise! Our apartment was very clean including a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a living room and 2 bedrooms.There were air conditioners in every room which also included a beautiful view of the ocean or mountains. Once a week came a cleaning lady to change the bedsheets and swipe the floor clean. Our location was pretty close to some supermarkets containing a large amount of choice between foods. The ocean was very close as it only took about 5 minutes to walk there. Outside lay a lot of lounges which were free to use any time. There was also a big pool for a hot day to rest in which opened and closed at 9:00. On the other side of the pool was a small building containing a toilet and a few showers when on the outside was a gazebo including a grill with wood to cook a meal anytime! Also there was a big parking place in use for all residents and an electric gate which opened just in use of a remote.

This place was walking distance from the beginner surf spot. Would recommend a car/scooter regardless of where you stay on the island. This place had a nice garage to use and was easy to drive in any direction and easy to return home. I would highly recommend this place for and island adventure HQ or surfing HQ

Très beau logement bien situé pour ceux qui aiment les endroits tranquilles et typiques. Pour nous, c’était parfait. Si vous aimez le café au lait, je vous recommande le Café central à deux minutes de marches du logement, juste aux abords du parc central.

We stayed at Maria’s place for one week with our 11 month old baby as she provided all (and more) of the baby essentials (high chair, pack and play, baby bath, towel, shampoo, etc.). Many additional amenities and extras were provided which were appreciated, including a dropped off breakfast one morning. Overall, we loved our time at Maria’s place, having access to guaranteed, private parking was a huge plus! The only downfall was that for the first couple of days there was a musty smell, which dissipated throughout the week. Maria was very responsive and allowed us to check in several hours ahead of the listed time, which was great as we had an overnight flight!

Todo genial! El alojamiento es una maravilla y súper espacioso. La anfitriona súper atenta y responde de momento si tienes alguna duda. Todo perfecto. Si volviera a ir elegiría de nuevo este sitio sin duda.

Apartamento muito espaçoso, limpo e com todas as comodidades para uma estadia agradável. Facilidade de estacionamento. A Raquel e o marido receberam-nos com muita simpatia, deram-nos dicas para visitar a Ilha e indicaram-nos restaurantes típicos. Foram muito flexíveis quanto ao check-in e check-out. Muito agradável o cestinho de boas-vindas com produtos locais

Appartamento spazioso e molto luminoso. Posizione ottima sia per visitare l"isola che per godersi il mare con una bella piscina o direttamente sulla spiaggia che é proprio a due passi. Vicinanza di un supermercato ben fornito e di numerosi bar o ristoranti. Monica che ci ha accolto molto gentile e disponibile consigliato sicuramente.
