Very Nice and quiet place with a garden to chill. Kathryn and her Team answered all questions and messages really fast. ☺️

Sarah’s place is near everything you need to walk to yet far enough away not to be with the crowds. A large, clean apartment with 2 bathrooms - a treasure - laundry (so needed after a cycling trip). And decent sized kitchen and all the rooms really. Only drawback - and only at times - was the music across the street pizza restaurant and construction out back. That said the windows and doors are virtual sound proofing and we are out all day so don’t notice it. I still give this a 5 out of 5. One recommendation is a coffee table and comfy chair. Warm the room and make it comfortable for having drinks. Will be back!!! Thank you for quick and effective responsive was!!

A beautiful apartment in a quiet and private location just a few minutes drive from Ponta Delgada city center. The house was very clean and well maintained. The house owners were very friendly, responsive and helpful. Well worth the money!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. Very easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. But also in a quiet area. Having a garage parking spot was crucial (street parking in Ponta Delgada is a nightmare). The outdoor patio is a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. The place was spotless and cleaned daily. My only negative is that if you are planning on cooking there are literally no supplies (oil, flour, any essentials). It didn’t matter for us since we wanted to explore the (very good) restaurant scene nearby. But if you were planning to cook meals the kitchen is not stocked.

Place feels safe. It's located in a private neighborhood with automatic fence. Dedicated private parking spot is under a roof so the car is extra secure. Few minutes by car from the city center. Apartment was really large, and comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

What a beautiful and extremely clean apartment! It’s even prettier than in the picture. The bed was super comfy too. The best part? Sara left some fruit and local specialties for me on the table as a welcome gift. How thoughtful and lovely! Highly recommended.

The accommodation was super nice, clean and comfortable. The bed, a real joy!! Very fast and convenient access, very well located in the city, we loved it. And a big thank you for the milk, fruit, rolls and orange juice! I would recommend it 100%.

The apartment is amazing. It is stylishly and functionally furnished. We also had the stove on a couple of times. You have a great view from the terrace and from the bedroom. The apartment is relatively centrally located on Sao Miguel. Therefore, you can reach all the places on the island quite well. We stayed here for 13 days. During this time, the apartment was even cleaned twice and the towels were changed. Thanks to our hosts Matilde and Luis. You were very friendly and accommodating. We liked it very much.

We loved staying here! Rodrigo was so kind and left us all sorts of local treats that we thoroughly enjoyed. It was easy to get everywhere from this location (both walking down the street to all of the Ponta Delgada sites, shops, and restaurants as well as being able to drive to the other sites on the island) and there was a free public parking lot right down the street. The apartment is very quiet, we rarely heard neighbors or outside noises. Lastly, we inadvertently left some clothes behind and Rodrigo texted me right away to tell me. Unfortunately, we’d already returned our rental car so we couldn’t get back to pick it up. Rodrigo went above and beyond to drop off the clothes where my cousins were staying, about 15 minutes away from the city! We absolutely loved our visit to Sao Miguel!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Andre’s place. It is located in a great location in walking distance to stores restaurants and entertainment. The pool onsite is nice especially when traveling with an infant. The apartment was nice and clean and is equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

The apartment is centrally located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of charming Ponta Delgada. The hosts were responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Maria’s home is gorgeous, clean and well decorated. Looks exactly like the pictures, located in a great location that is a great home base to explore the whole island. We came late in the day and left early morning, Maria was very accommodating, the house has anything you could need. Can’t wait to come back and will definitely stay here again!

I had a lovely stay at Ruben's apartment! There is a beautiful view of the harbor and the city center is within walking distance and there are many beautiful places nearby that are easily accessible by car. Thank you for a nice time in Ponte Delgada!

Azores island Sao Miguel was just complete paradise! Our apartment was very clean including a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a living room and 2 bedrooms.There were air conditioners in every room which also included a beautiful view of the ocean or mountains. Once a week came a cleaning lady to change the bedsheets and swipe the floor clean. Our location was pretty close to some supermarkets containing a large amount of choice between foods. The ocean was very close as it only took about 5 minutes to walk there. Outside lay a lot of lounges which were free to use any time. There was also a big pool for a hot day to rest in which opened and closed at 9:00. On the other side of the pool was a small building containing a toilet and a few showers when on the outside was a gazebo including a grill with wood to cook a meal anytime! Also there was a big parking place in use for all residents and an electric gate which opened just in use of a remote.

This place was walking distance from the beginner surf spot. Would recommend a car/scooter regardless of where you stay on the island. This place had a nice garage to use and was easy to drive in any direction and easy to return home. I would highly recommend this place for and island adventure HQ or surfing HQ

We loved our stay! You can see the ocean off one side of the patio. Walkable to marina and restaurants. Great space.

We stayed at Maria’s place for one week with our 11 month old baby as she provided all (and more) of the baby essentials (high chair, pack and play, baby bath, towel, shampoo, etc.). Many additional amenities and extras were provided which were appreciated, including a dropped off breakfast one morning. Overall, we loved our time at Maria’s place, having access to guaranteed, private parking was a huge plus! The only downfall was that for the first couple of days there was a musty smell, which dissipated throughout the week. Maria was very responsive and allowed us to check in several hours ahead of the listed time, which was great as we had an overnight flight!

Everything is great! The accommodation is wonderful and super spacious. The host is super attentive and responds immediately if you have any questions. Everything was perfect. If I went again, I would definitely choose this place again.

Very spacious, clean flat with all amenities for a pleasant stay. Parking Facility. Raquel and her husband welcomed us with great sympathy, gave us tips for visiting the Island and indicated to us typical restaurants. They were very flexible regarding check-in and check-out. Very nice welcome gift basket with local goodies

Spacious and very bright apartment. Great location both to visit the island and to enjoy the sea with a nice pool or directly on the beach that is just a short walk away. Proximity to a well-stocked supermarket and numerous bars or restaurants. Monica welcomed us very kind and helpful, definitely recommended.
