I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable in this little paradise. The house has a large and well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a smaller room, as well as a small bathroom. Everything very clean and functional, but not so advantageous for people over 180 cm. The location right on the beach and so close to the water is priceless. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea, swimming, snorkeling, walking along the beach for hours, that's pure vacation. There is also a lot to explore in the area, as well as great restaurants, good shopping, everything great. Our highlight was certainly the visit of the dolphins on the first day, while we enjoyed our aperitif on the veranda, two animals frolicked in the bay, indescribable. We were there at the end of the season, the bars/cafes on the beach were already closed, there were hardly any people left. We returned home completely happy. THANK YOU Valentina and Enzo!

Massimo's vacation home is a bit remote, a gravel road leads a few hundred meters along the coast to this cozy and quiet spot. The Spaggia dei Francesi (small lagoon with crystal clear water and fine-grained, white sand) is about 200 m from the house. The garden with pool and large barbecue area is surrounded by a protective wall. The vacation home offers plenty of space and is ideal for a stay with two families or a group. We sincerely appreciate Massimo's hospitality! Glad to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

Elisa welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us the great house on the outskirts of the city. The house is nicely restored and has a huge garden with grapes, apples, pomegranates, figs, lemons and Italian herbs. Everything was available in the house, bed linen, kitchen with basic amenities and many nice little things for the household. We had plenty of space and peace as the nearest neighbors 200m away weekend. It is outstanding for a family. There were four of us with a dog. In addition, Elisa gave us a lot of tips for the area and also recommended a great restaurant. There are many supermarkets in the area and many excursion options. You come to the house via a dirt road, which is relatively narrow. The gate is opened via a remote control. We didn't want to leave at all and would keep coming back. Very nice accommodation, very clean, very well equipped, very bright. With a garden for lunch and a nap. Great welcome, with local pastries, fresh water as soon as we arrive. Simonetta always responsive to questions. Accommodation Well located for visiting the Costa Del South , the islands , Porto Pino... need for a car to do all these visits.

Very convenient and safe location. 15 min from the airport and close to main hwy outlets to reach other areas of Sardegna. Variety of restaurants, attractions, and shopping options within walking distance. The apartment is spacious, bright, and clean. The hosts have thoughtfully equipped the home with necessities to make your stay amazing. There is air con throughout, or you can open the many windows for a natural breeze. There is a large deck with a big dining table to relax, enjoy some wine or a home cooked meal with views of Castello and the city. We had a wonderful stay - thank you Sylvia and Lucio for your generous hospitality.

We had a great stay. Loved the location, the terrace and view is just fabulous, parking easy and around the corner. Only slight negative is the water pressure in the shower is not so good, but can’t complain. I would return.

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

we stayed on our last night in Cagliari at Daniela’s place and it was perfect. The apartment is stylish and comfortable and perfect if you have your own car, as there is also a parking space included. We drove into the center in 15 min and the airport is only a 10 min drive. Daniela’s mom came to show us everything and Daniela was also very responsive before and during our stay. We would def stay here again.

the apartment is just like in the photos at the top of the slope. So remote and quiet. Only those who are good on foot can also go to the wide beach without a car. The nearby village of Sant Anna Arresi is small but nice, with shopping and restaurants.

We were more than happy with our stay! Marina and her husband are incredibly nice and hospitable – we were very warmly welcomed and felt comfortable from the first moment. The apartment was super clean, tidy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fantastic view of the sea – simply priceless! We highly recommend the property and would be happy to come back.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

We spent 9 days at Raphaella's. Everything was absolutely perfect. From check-in to checkout. Raphaella was great with availability. We didn't get a chance to meet her but as soon as I asked her for advice by text, she responded immediately and in detail. Raphaella is very concerned about the well-being of her “tenants.” Her apartment is very functional, extremely clean and nothing is lacking. This is probably one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. Thanks Raphaella!

We had a nice and pleasant staying in the apartment. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine, and it was very pleasant. We liked the terrace - with flowers, lemon tree and sea view. The towels for beach were unexpectedly nice surprise. Very clean, with everything necessary and even more. There is a supermarket really nearby the apartment, unfortunately during our staying it was closed for renovation. The other one is at 25 minutes walk.

Francesca's apartment is very bright, clean and equipped with every amenity. We stayed in winter and it turned out to be warm and comfortable despite the eternal low temperatures. It is in a convenient location, not far from areas where you can park for free.

veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!

We stayed here for a study abroad program I lead of college students from the US coming to Sardinia. This apartment is located in the 'castello,' one of the most evocative parts of the 'centro storico' of Cagliari. Beautiful and inviting space; highly recommend!

We loved this place. Bed was comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were fine, but what really made it was the terrace. What a view!!!! and with a table and chairs plus a comfy couch out there, I never wanted to leave. The terrace is covered, so even when it rained we could stay outside. The abandoned mine is hikable from the house, a real treat, and there are many more walking paths around. Beach is a short drive. The drive in and out of Nebida is a little nuts...I wouldn't want to do it at night, but the place is so worth the effort!
