House vacation rentals in Sant'Anna Arresi

We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We had an outstanding stay at Villa Stella Marina. The communication with Matty was excellent both before and during our stay. Everything was well organized so we only met Matty for check-in and check-out, but he was making sure at all times in a very unobtrusive manner that everything was to our liking. The house itself lived up to the description in every way. The location is outstanding. The view is fantastic. In addition to the private pool, there is a larger communal pool for further fun. The description refers to the 65 steps - a small price to pay for such an amazing view. All in all, a successful stay that was not tarnished by anything. We can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Villa Stella Marina. Grazie mille.

the accommodation is great, you have a lot of space outside you can also spend a day just by the pool. deborah was very friendly and easy to reach, although they live just around the corner we had a lot of privacy. 🐰 Attention🐰: there are small rabbits in the entrance street which goes in the direction of the Airbnb, drive slowly & carefully, they run across the street from time to time.

Very beautiful house, quiet. The location is conveniently located for exploring the area. The host and the person who takes care of the house are very responsive: we had a problem and it was resolved in less than 30 minutes. Excellent!

What a beautiful villa in spectacular location, we would love to visit again! The views from the terrace were utterly stunning and allowed us sun all day plus glorious sunsets in the evenings. Thank you Gloria😊

Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.

Fantastic accommodation, very clean and with many accessories. Upon arrival a package with delicious local pastries, fresh fruit and more. What can I say, wonderful place and wonderful Carla who was available in every way. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Claudio's place fully matches the description and photos. We immediately felt at home. The cottage with front garden and seating has a lot of charm and was decorated with a lot of love for detail. It is authentic and without unnecessary frills, everything necessary is there. The drinkable water from the tap was enjoyed. With the slightly set-back location, it is very quiet, although you live in the middle of the village. We slept wonderfully and enjoyed the bird mix in the morning and evening. Everything, including beautiful beaches, is within walking distance in the village: the bakery just around the corner, the pasticceria with delicious homemade pasta, a well-visited bar, a bookstore and also smaller and larger shops for everyday use. Claudio is easily accessible at all times. He has many good TIpps on request for exploring the beautiful island. It is very easy to live in this charming cottage!

We stayed as two families with a baby and a toddler, and everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is extremely child-friendly and thoughtfully equipped – we didn’t miss a thing. Taty was a wonderful host, always available, and even helped us arrange a hairdresser appointment, which was incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment itself is beautiful, in a great location, and made us feel right at home. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back. Thank you for everything, Taty!

I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

If you're looking for a peaceful, smooth sailing, Sardinian retreat, this is your place! Rafaella is truly the kindest and generous host you could ask for. From the moment I booked they were available to answer questions and requests and more. Throughout the stay this continued if not increased! As for their place it is just so so lovely. On the first night we got there, we sat there and melted into the peaceful night, no sounds but nature, a breath of fresh air from city life! Everything we could have needed was provided, so many thoughtful touches that show the heart of Rafaella! Thanks to Rafaella's great recommendations in the info booklet, our trip was so perfect! Definitely go to Su Cambidu if you visit Cagliari, get everything you can >.< The location is great, so so many beautiful beaches nearby, wildlife/nature parks, also the Grotte caves with aragonite crystals, and the beautiful SP71 coastal road. We hired a car. if you want a peaceful holiday that feels like home go here.

We were very lucky to be able to spend our time in Sardinia in this wonderful accommodation! The location is great – quiet and surrounded by stunning nature. The accommodation itself is furnished with a lot of love for detail. It was all sparkling clean and we felt immediately comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the spacious terrace, where we could watch the starry sky in the evening with a glass of wine. Lucia was incredibly warm and helpful. She gave us great tips and made sure we had everything we needed. It was noticeable that she attaches great importance to ensuring that her guests feel completely comfortable. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! Thanks for a wonderful time!

What a place!!! Stefanos house looks exactly like in the pictures! It has direct access to the beach - which enabled us to walk on the beach with our morning coffees - what a wonderful experience!! The bed was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in - I already searched online to find the pillows we had - need them for back home! Stefanos house was perfectly equipped - everything you will ever need is there. They have even a cupboard with sunscreen etc, in case you run out of yours :-) When we come back To Sardinia, this will be the plac where we stay in the south! Thank you very much Stefano!! Very nice place ,we were very welcomed. Clean inside, everything we need (ex : coffee machine +caps,salt, pots and pans ) all outdoor equipment (umbrella,sun loungers). Linens and towels clean- it was our next trip to Sardinia and we were positively surprised by this. Luisa was very attentive and accommodating. She gave us very good tips for excursions and information in the area. The place was very nice. Very clean and furnished with love for detail. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the center, where great restaurants and bars can be found. In summary, we enjoyed it very much. 👍👍

A wonderful place right by the sea with an amazing view and a most comfortable and beautiful house. We loved the terrace and the beach is especially beautiful with a lot of different things to discover for the kids.

We stayed in Simone's accommodation for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. In the meantime, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Get ready to be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was quite cold at times. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) We also used the fireplace and had it cozy and warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I thought it was really great :) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave many tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I asked him where you can see flamingos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, there are flamingos there. Thanks for everything:)

Lisa’s Place was so Beautiful! It was so nice to experience the countryside of Sardegna, it was just a 20minute drive from the City Center of Cagliari. Host: Lisa was Amazing, always attended to everything we needed and was very helpful. Laundry: Washing Machine but no Dryer. Hang dry only. Space: Very spacious and beautifully designed. I wish I lived here. Parking: This was hard for us in the beginning but we got the hang of finding spots around the area. Streets are very tight compared to the U.S but we managed to always find one. You have to learn how to park really close to the wall. Food: Sunflower Restaurant is right next door, it was amazing. Garbage: There was a very specific rule about separating garbage. But Lisa provided a guide and reminders about it. Which was helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!!! Thank you so much for everything Lisa!

Enrico is a great host! The communication from the beginning was friendly, clear and reliable. The house was just as beautiful as in the description – very clean, well equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt right at home. Check-in and check-out were also completely straightforward. You can tell that Enrico is passionate about his work and wants to make his guests have a pleasant time. I highly recommend staying with him and would come back anytime!

The property looks like the photos, but being situated above the sea with private views, bbq, outdoor shower, balconies and a private path into the sea was even better than expected! The property was clean and the kitchen and WiFi were easy to use. The second bedroom is small and dark, but comfortable for sleeping. We enjoyed the peace and quiet with easy walking to the grocery store, restaurants and the local beach. I cannot wait to return!!!

Federica (Paola & Carlo) treated us like family. The welcome was extremely warm and welcoming. The space is Fabulous!!! Decor is perfect, beachy vibe and the location…OMG! Couldn’t be more perfect! Less than 1 minute walk to Poetto beach, bars and fabulous restaurants! If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. If you have a car, getting to old town Cagliari ( must see) is only 10 minutes by car. No car? The bus is easily accessible. Absolutely Perfect! Can’t thank you enough Federica! ❤️😘
