Monthly Rentals in Santa Rosa Beach

We liked our last stay at this home so much we had to come back. This home is perfect for young families or anyone who wants a quiet vacation experience. It’s centrally located, not too far from the beach, Destin and seaside; which is perfect for exploring different parts of 30A. The home is very clean and comfortable. Overall we would book this home again and would recommend it to any of our friends. The host provided many amenities that most Airbnb homes do not.

We had the best time staying at this location! It was the perfect place for a couple. Lyndsay was so nice and responded quickly! Everything was just like we were hoping it would be. The place itself is very nice and everything was very clean. It is conveniently located close to our favorite restaurants and right across from the beach. We will definitely be staying here again soon!

I couldn’t thank Keith enough for how outstanding of a host he was to me. I’m in a current stressful situation evacuating my home from the storm, “Milton” at CLW Beach. Keith was more than enough in helping me find a place. He responded quickly, and made sure I was okay after the 7 hour drive through midnight. Very blessed to have met a host that was so flexible with my stressful situation, as well as providing an amazing experience. 11/10 recommend Keith and this beautiful place.

This was our second stay at this AirBnB and it was as good as the first one. Short ride to the beach, all the amenities you would expect to have and an overall nice stay. The only negative was the sap on our car from all the trees around the property but you can't control the nature!
