Een onvergetelijke ervaring. Een perfect verblijf om samen met je beste vrienden te boeken: een bijzonder sfeervol ingericht huisje met een zeer gezellige woonkeuken. Er stond zelfs een schaal met heerlijke verse eitjes voor het ontbijt voor ons klaar. Alles werkte en niets was kapot of verwaarloosd. Beide slaapkamers met aangrenzende badkamers perfect in orde. Zelden zo'n lekker bed gehad. Kraakhelder, fris en prima matrassen. Het uitzicht was echt fenomenaal. Daar hebben we zo van genoten. Het zwembad was helaas nog niet geopend, daarvoor waren we nog te vroeg in het seizoen. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Het was een prima uitvalsbasis voor de grotere steden in de omgeving. Kortom; wij hebben afgelopen 5 dagen optimaal genoten met z'n vieren! Zeker een aanrader en in alles de moeite dubbel en dwars waard.

We're soaking in the beautiful Tuscan atmosphere with our family of six at Lorenzo’s lovely home. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by Lorenzo’s kind hospitality. The house was spotless, cozy, and offered the most stunning view of the Tuscan countryside from the pool. The charming old village of San Miniato was also a highlight—absolutely beautiful and just a short, easy walk away. If you're planning to explore other nearby gems, we definitely recommend renting a car. We visited Lucca, Florence, and Livorno, and each city had its own unique charm. All in all, our trip was a perfect 10/10. We wholeheartedly recommend Lorenzo’s home and hosting to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Tuscany!

I can't recommend this place highly enough! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The location was perfect just a short walk from Pisa train station, which made getting around super easy.

Amazing host, location and home! The great listed building had a lift, which was very handy for our elderly parents, flat was beautifully furnitured with all amenities and more (better than pictures). Great communication from the host and had no problem with parking our car right in front of the building. Would definitely recommend and come back without any hesitation in the future!Thank you Veronica & family.❤️

Wir haben uns bei Alessandra sehr wohl gefühlt und alles war wie beschrieben. Für unseren Sohn (1,5) hat Alessandra alles bereitgestellt, was man so braucht - Bettchen, Decken und Hochstuhl - wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und der private Wellnessbereich ist einfach der Hammer! 🤩 Während unser Junior geschlafen hat, konnten wir entspannen und uns erholen. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandra ist super schnell, einfach und immer sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder wenn wir wieder in die Toskana fahren ☺️

What a wonderful apartment - I come to Tuscany regularly and always stay in AirBnB and this would have to be one of my favourites. Everything is exactly as described with all the extras in the kitchen and 3+ supermarkets an easy walk (as well as smaller stores). Its <15mins walk from the train and mostly flat so very manageable with suitcaese. Pistoia is a great place - much less touristy than even Prato (never mind Lucca and Florence) but an easy short train ride away from these and others and a fantasic selection of dining options. I can't recommend highly enough!

We loved staying at Elisa’s place - so lovingly restored and a truly special place. Beautiful setting and we loved hanging out in the garden on the sun loungers in the peaceful surroundings. Being able to say hello to their dogs and having their sweet cats in the garden made it feel like home to us. Easy parking nearby. Thank you so much!

The place has the most gorgeous views and it is absolutely quiet - except for bird song. Perfect for relaxation. I went swimming in the pool every morning. We were able to explore Northern Tuscany, using La Lavanda as a base. One just has to be prepared for a pretty scary drive up and down the mountain. But one gets used to it. Sabrina welcomed us and was really, really helpful. Highly recommended.

Eine tolle Unterkunft in einem kleinem Dorf! Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat einen eigenen eingezäunten Garten! Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Die Vermieterin war total nett, hat schnell reagiert und unsere Check-In-und-Out-Zeiten wurden netterweise zu unserem Vorteil verschoben! Vielen Dank dafür! Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Küche, einen Grill und eine hübsche Terrasse mit tollem Blick über die Dächer des Ortes! Das Bett ist groß und bequem! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt! Es gab ein paar nette Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Comunicaçao prefeita, eles deram instruir muito claras e sempre responderam muito rapido! Apartamento tao bom quanto aparece nas fotos, totalmente reformado, moderno e confortável por dentro, com boas janelas duplas e calefação que deve funcionar bem no inverno. Agua bem quente e com boa pressão. Cozinha bem equipada, com os essenciais para quem quer cozinhar, alem de termos sido muito bem recebidos com alguns pães e doces locais! Cidade super tranquila, com bela vista da natureza, um restaurante muito gostoso ha poucos passos da propriedade (Alle Pieve) e um mercadinho com tudo q vc precisa tambem muito proximo! Esperamos voltar!

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

Ho trovato l’alloggio di Sara per ospitare i miei zii arrivati per un evento molto speciale della sua città, il Palio! Mi ha molto impressionato l’eleganza e la qualità dello spazio che sembrava appena ristrutturato, con grande stile e veramente nel cuore della parte antica e bella del comune. Il soggiorno è stato di una notte soltanto ma sembra veramente un ottimo nido per una coppia a cui piacciono le cose belle!

The apartment is beautiful. It’s easy to walk to restaurants, grocery stores and sightseeing. Luca and Federica were very friendly and helpful. They gave a variety of recommendations from eating, to sightseeing to shopping. The apartment provided a wonderful opportunity for us to live like a “local”. We had a great time.

What a great place! Would highly recommend. The apartment is really well equipped & has lots of extras (tea, coffee, wine, beer, snacks) It’s a short walk into the walled city of Lucca which is beautiful & has a wide range of bars & restaurants. It’s also next to the railway station so makes visiting Pisa & Florence really easy if you want to use the train. We had a hire car so the secure parking space was great.

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

If you wanna do social ig picture and tell to the world that you are in Florence , there is no other place more characteristic then this one . Wonderful . My girlfriend is still thanking me

Eo has a gem of a place in the ❣️of Florence. The place was delightful and the garden terrace a bonus with jacuzzi. It was clean, lovely linens - the mattress was not my favorite but after great wine & pasta, pfff… I recommend for business or pleasure!

Matteo, Neri, and Alessandra went above and beyond for us on this trip. We had an issue with our stay elsewhere and they helped us in every way to make it smooth for us for stay in our apartment. They even helped us move to another one as well. We are truly grateful. The apartment itself is everything you would want. Super spacious, clean and comes with all the amenities (full working kitchen and all the basic things you would need). There’s also an elevator which is a huge plus! The view is amazing as well. We can see the Ponte Vecchio and with the doors closed, it is still very peaceful and quiet. Location is the best in Florence in my opinion. It’s close to everything without being in the huge crowds. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you again Matteo! We hope to be back soon!

Location, location, location is the key to Emily's flat. It was easy to find, easy to explore Lucca on foot and near to local shops and restaurants, The flat was clean and comfortable. The terrace was lovely however, the one thing beyond Emily's control is the traffic noise. It was very noisy when one tried to have a snooze on the terrace in the late afternoon or read a book (which we did). However, I had earplugs so I popped them in and voila all was good! All in all a lovely place to stay and would recommend particularly if you have a car. Btw parking charges outside the flat are very cheap but beware over the summer period there is a temporary extension of the parking meter hours which is not on the machine. Parking charges are extended on Fridays and Saturdays (8am - 11pm). All other days it is 8am - 8pm. We didn't realise so got a ticket at 2245 on the Saturday evening which was rather puzzling until the man in the tourist office looked it up on a local website!

Antoniatta and her husband are very kind and friendly. We had a good time in there, she prepared a cute baby bed for our son, he loved sleeping in there. We got cold nights, but she provided a portable radiator that made our room warmer for our baby. The access to Siena city center is very easy with buses all the time, the walk to the bus stop is around 15 minutes (a but dangerous, because it is a road, but fine if you are careful). I recommend her place. Thanks
