The property was far better than expected with historic period features. Caterina was an exceptional host. She responded quickly to any issues, was very helpful and evenly sorted out a problem on a Sunday.

There was a bit of hammering at the neighbors going on during our stay. I’m not sure Sonia could have done anything. It’s just that all three cities we stayed, we had loud construction next door or across the street.

Lorenzo was very helpful and the place was much more roomy and open than I expected. It was a 15 minute walk from the train station and the edge of the main historic section of Florence.

This was a fantastic location for exploring Florence. A really neat apartment with two generous sized bedrooms with great space for two couples. great views from the windows and an amazing bonus - one short flight up to the rooftop for a large shared patio with amazing views of the city, and space to sit and relax. An only downside to this apartment was its configuration did not lend to a spacious living room. the living room was narrow and could fit a sofa and two chairs all sort of facing a wall rather than each other.

Staying at Emilio’s was a perfect dream. Quiet, peaceful, sunshine in the morning, surrounded by the songs of birds and church bells. After a day of easy exploring and museums, it was so easy and accessible to come back to and always so welcoming. I really hope to come back to Florence and if I can, this is where I will hope to stay again

Great stay! The location is perfect – everything is within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly quiet. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Mariangela’s apartment was lovely. Perfect location, beautifully done with everything you need. We stayed for 2.5 months and it felt like a second home to us. Closed to amazing restaurants, open markets, grocery stores and easy walk to Florence beautiful sites and this amazing cities neighborhoods. Quiet neighborhood. Mariangela and her team were always responsive and lovely to interact with. We are planning on returning next year.

Silvia was very kind and very helpful in providing information and making us feel at home. The house is huge and there were only five of us with everything we needed. We would definitely consider this experience for an upcoming trip to Viareggio.

Sonia is the most gracious host in existence! She allowed early check-in, met us at the door, showed us the apartment, and recommended great restaurants. The apartment is super spacious and in the perfect locale, a block from Ponte Vecchio, and yet extremely quiet and private. Highly recommend Sonia and her apartment for anyone looking for a great experience in Florence. Ciao!

David’s place was very nice and clean. It’s in a great location for walk ability to all the major attractions and “hot” spots. Also very close to the train station which is a very big plus if you are traveling by train. We had a slight hiccup with the AC but David was very responsive and had the issue fixed super fast! He was also very quick to respond if I had concerns or questions! Would stay again!

we had a great time in Florence. the air bnb was excellent location to shopping, sight seeing, and restaurants. there was enough room for 4 of us to stay comfortably. the beds were comfy and the architecture of the apartment was remarkable. the hosts left great recommendations and we hope to be back.

Alberto was an amazing host! Was very flexible with my check-in and check out. Also gave me excellent restaurant and grocery store recommendations. And finally was very patient with my many questions!

Was easy to find, good location, door to apartment was a bit hard to open, but overall good instructions. Very clean & overall would recommend to anyone looking for a good location within walking distance to most attractions. Bottle of wine & some nibbles were nice touches

Had the best experience with Luca and his team! They provided such attentive service and support for everything we needed before and after arrival. The penthouse is at the heart of Florence. Perfect location with spectacular view. Love the high ceilings and we had a great time there.

it is a great place to stay with nearby amenities. mini supermarket is just like 6 mins away. main train station and attractions are about 15mins walk away. place is spotless with a balcony to hang clothes. kitchen has all the necessary equipment to do simple cooking. host and o-host are fast in responsive and helpful. highly recommend place to stay!

Marta's place was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay there. It was perfect for our day trips to wineries in nearby Tuscan villages. We loved coming back in the evenings and watching the sunset from our private garden. The views were absolutely stunning. Marta's place had all the necessities we needed and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine!

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

The location was perfect for seeing the highlights of Florence. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The streets were a bit loud late into the night which made it hard to fall asleep, but the apartment was perfect aside from that. The mattresses were very comfortable, and there were many restaurants nearby. Great stay!

I had a wonderful time at the Airbnb in Florence! The location was perfect - just a bus ride from all the main sights, tucked away in a peaceful residential area. It was beautifully decorated, had so much history and all the amenities I needed. The host was very communicative, responsive and gave great recommendations that made my visit even better. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!

If you wanna do social ig picture and tell to the world that you are in Florence , there is no other place more characteristic then this one . Wonderful . My girlfriend is still thanking me

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!
