Monthly Rentals in Santa Lucia

Paolo and his family's place is great. I felt completely at home there. It is located in a quiet residential area with little traffic. The house is fully equipped. There are 2 lovely terraces, in the front you are in the sun all day, at the back private and views of the sea. The beach is great and quiet and only 2 minutes walk away. Paolo and his family are amazing, I am grateful for their time on the island and will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is peaceful with beautiful views. Access is via quite a steep track and set back from the main road so we were very glad of our host being there to greet us when we arrived and show us the way up. There's loads of nice beaches nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants a short drive away.

Francesco is a helpfull host, the room is nice, the beaches are close, there are few nice restaurants in the area, the store is very close too. Francesco helps you with almost everything. Really nice place for a nice holiday.

We stayed a week in Stefania's nice apartment. Everything was the same as the photos. A bottle of water and bread was prepared for us to welcome us. Everything else is available to feel comfortable. The many little things of everyday life were there (salt, sugar, oil, dish soap, hand soap, etc.). In the small lovely place you will find a small grocery store and several restaurants. There is a small beach in front of the apartment and a beautiful flat, large beach super suitable for children about 3 minutes walk away.
