Daniela is a great host! Very friendly and helpful. We had a wounderful time and especially enjoyed the garden and that she gave us bikes to explore the island!

une très belle maison, Gina avec sa famille- gentilles, disponibles et très serviables. Les chambres sont très grandes, joliment décorées. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et WC très spacieux. Le jardin est magnifique, grand , ainsi qu'une belle piscine. tout était propre et très bien entretenue. l'endroit est très calme à 20 minutes de Venise, beaucoup de restaurants et les centres commerciaux sont très proches, dont un grand outlet. Grâce à Gina et sa famille nous avons passé des très belles journées dans sa maison.

We had a wonderful time at Roberto’s! The location is perfect, right by the Biennale and a great base for exploring Venice. The street the apartment is on has everything you need: excellent cafés, restaurants, gelato, a supermarket, and even a pharmacy. It’s a lively area, and we loved grabbing a drink at the bar downstairs before heading to bed. The apartment itself is well-equipped and very comfortable. The terrace was a lovely spot for breakfast in the morning. Lionella was also fantastic. She welcomed us in person and helped with check-in, which was a thoughtful touch and a refreshing change from the usual self-check-ins on Airbnb. All in all, an excellent stay—we’d gladly come back!

The location is literally just a few steps for St. Mark's Square. Easy walking distance to many attractions and the Vaperetto (water bus) stop. The property is well furnished and in good condition. Great place for a family to stay. The host even provided welcome snacks, water, and bubbly drinks. They were very responsive to communications and available nearby for assistance. The only thing to be aware of is that the property is one level above one of the heavily travelled tourist areas so there can be some crowd noise, which dies off later in the night. The windows are double paned which subdues most of the noise. Overall this is a great property and would stay there again.

We felt very comfortable, and the communication was smooth. Her catalog with all the information about the surroundings and available options was extremely helpful. The bus stops are really very close to the apartment, which allows for quick connections to Venice. Overall, we were very satisfied!

Our stay at Gianluca's place during the Architectural Biennale was ideal. The apartment was exactly as described: sparkling clean, quiet, and equipped with everything a visiting professional could need. Its accessibility and convenient transport links to the Arsenale and Giardini exhibition sites via water bus saved us precious commuting hours, enabling our team member to focus solely on the installation. Most impressive of all was his hospitality. Communication was warm and timely from the very first message. When our plans changed at the last minute, he arranged an early check-in. He was supportive of our venture throughout our stay. His dog was friendly, too! We highly recommend his place if you visit Venice for business or pleasure. Natalia and her daughter were exceptional. They were very helpful even before we got there. I had a hard time figuring out what to do in Venice given the time of the day we were arriving and how far the place is from the main attractions (which are not hard to get to but it takes time). So I reached out to Natalia and she helped me with my planning. She was great. We arrived on a holiday and Natalia had bus passes ready for us because she wasn't sure we were going to be able to get. Then Natalia and her daughter made reservations to a restaurant so we could find a place to eat. Very nice people. The place was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had absolutely everything and it was a great stay. The place is close to a bus stop which made going into Venice a breeze.

La cascina da quello che ho capito del 700' veramente stupenda, i proprietari ci hanno accolto benissimo nonostante fossimo arrivati tardi al check-in, dispensa e frigo già fornitissimi per colazione e spuntini. L'interno della porzione della cascina a noi dedicata veramente ben curati, la ristrutturazione fatta veramente bene. Anche la parte di giardino sul retro molto rilassante e ben curata. Stupende le camere. Andrea il cugino di Michael simpaticissimo. Noi eravamo in 6 e lo spazio era più che sufficente. Tutto ottimo, grazie ancora. Mirco

Appartamento molto bello e pulito in zona tranquilla. Consigliatissimo!

David, was waiting for us right off the water bus, a true beacon of calm after our chaotic morning. As he walked us to our pad, he gave us an impromptu tour, pointing out all his favourite spots and giving recommendations. You could tell this place is special to him; the property been in his family for generations, and he’s been coming here since he was a boy. And the accommodation itself? Absolutely stunning! We chilled right out & it felt like a proper lived home, complete with a private garden and terrace. We had never visited Venice or Lido before & will definitely return to this special accommodation.

We had an amazing one-month stay here. The house provided everything necessary for a long-term visit. The host was extremely kind and assisted us with all our requests. I want to specifically highlight the weekly house cleaning service, which greatly enhanced our comfort during our stay. The garden is truly stunning, and each morning we enjoyed a cup of coffee while taking in the lovely sunny view. I also want to praise the restaurant, as they prepare delicious meals using local ingredients, some of which are sourced from their own garden. It's only a half-hour drive to Venice or a train ride from Marcon station. Additionally, it serves as a convenient starting point for exploring the Dolomites or other cities in the region. This is a great place for a family vacation! It's run by a family. I highly recommend staying here.

Wir suchten eine Unterkunft in der Nähe von Venedig und nicht weit vom Meer, und haben mit diesem Quartier genau das Richtige gefunden. Es ist ruhig gelegen, aber man kann super mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zum breiten und schönen Strand, und in 10 Minuten zum Vaporetto Anleger fahren. Von dort aus erreicht man in einer halben Stunde Venedig und Burano. Auch mehrere Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das kleine Ferienhaus ist neu gebaut, mit guter Küchenausstattung und einer überdachten Terrasse. Die zwei süßen Katzen der Vermieterin haben uns regelmäßig besucht und sehr gerne streicheln lassen.

This is the second time we stay at Sara's and it was exactly how we remembered it: charming and private, conveniently located, and perfect!

Great, unique apartment at a fabulous location, overlooking Via Garibaldi, one of the nicest states in Venice when it comes to excellent food and lively atmosphere. The apartment is well equipped and furnished with lots of design pieces. With the sleeping rooms in sequence, the layout is good for close friends or families. Two bathrooms are a plus! This is a brilliant large space for multigenerational folks, kids and grandparents, children and friends. Outstanding quality of beds (sleep quality too), stylish design, kitchen, equipment, linen, everything. You should definitely experience this Italian design treasure embedded in the Venetian environment. For my part, I love both, and so did our whole company. The home offer two separate apartments with all the resources next to each other without disturbance, in the upper floor of the house, plus attic with smart screens for kids use. The building, a historic corner at Via Garibaldi open its windows both towards the buzz of the street and canal (no sound problems) and the park towards Giardini, with view from the patio as well. We were impressed of all the amenities of the home suitable for all of us (nine), the comfort of which served us well having visited also when there is rain and windy in Venice.

Nella nostra vacanza di 6 giorni abbiamo avuto la possibilità di visitare diversi luoghi di interesse, quindi la posizione dell'appartamento è ottimale. L'appartamento è in campagna quindi in luogo tranquillo in una villa storica molto affascinante, bisogna aggiungere che abbiamo avuto a disposizione diversi servizi molto utili per rendere la nostra vacanze molto più confortevole e in nostri host sono stati molto simpatici e disponibili.

L’établissement de Livio est à proximité de tous commerces. De la gare et à 2mm à pied pour prendre le bus direction Venise . Notre chambre était assez grande suffisamment équipée, Le petit déjeuner complet à prix correct. Sinon nous avons apprécié l’amabilité de toute l’équipe. Nous recommandons cet établissement. Abbiamo soggiornato soltanto 2 giorni nell'appartamento ma è organizzato benissimo anche per soggiorni più lunghi. È situato in una posizione perfetta per gli spostamenti sia in treno che in bus, è centralissimo e in pochissimi minuti a piedi si arriva nel centro di Treviso con ristoranti bar e supermercati. L'appartamento è pulitissimo, spazioso e ampio. Gli host, noi abbiamo conosciuto Elia, sono super puntuali e disponibili per qualsiasi informazione ed esigenza. Sicuramente lo consigliamo e alla prima occasione di tornare a Treviso verremo sicuramente qui.
