Great place for kids and parents

Great place to stay in Italy! 20 minutes from Venice by car. The host of the house met upon arrival and throughout the stay constantly took care of the territory of the house. The apartment is on the first floor of a two-story private house. The house is occupied by the host and another family. The grounds look well maintained and tidy! The pool is above all praise. A child and we spent hours in the pool. There are armchairs, chairs and sun umbrella and some things for playing in the pool. The apartment has air conditioning and everything you need for cooking (oil, sugar, salt, coffee for a geyser coffee maker), the coffee maker itself, a toaster and everything else. The apartment can be recommended for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city, as well as for exploring Venice and the surrounding area.

The cottage is located in a beautiful, quiet setting but is at a good distance from cities such as Venice, Padua and Chioggia. You can relax at the cottage so well combine with a trip to a city nearby. Incidentally, there are also fine restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The house itself is modern, clean and equipped with well-functioning airconditioners everywhere (which is nice if the temperature outside rises to 37 degrees). The garden is incredibly spacious and well maintained. The pool is really beautiful, and a nice size. The fact that the pool is shared with the owner and her children was no problem for us. You really have enough privacy. The communication with Francesca was good; she responds quickly, gave clear instructions for check-in and fun tips for restaurants or things to do or visit in the area. All in all I would definitely recommend a stay here!!

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

Thank you for the great place to stay with Luana, From A (amenities) to Z ( room size), everything is great . Ground floor with open living,- cooking, dining area and bathroom very welcoming , modern, bright and clean. The upper floor leads to a beautiful wooden spiral staircase , where the bedrooms and another bathroom are located. really recommend!

The house is beautiful. Good location for catching the train to Venice, Treviso, Padua and Verona. The bakery is a 2 minute walk and the supermarket is a 10 minute walk. Tanya and Igor were very helpful and we loved sitting outside on the verandah. Thank you very much Christine

We really enjoyed a chilled out week at Luisa’s house. The property itself is exactly as per the photos - modern and sleek design, a lovely swimming pool and wonderful outdoor space (especially for our dog, though to begin with they were very curious of the peacocks and hens in the neighbouring field that you also have access to, which you can view from the windows/fence 🙂). We felt really relaxed and at home there. The walk into town is around 20 minutes, where you can find restaurants, bars (nearest is called Ae Poste 3.0 😉) and a supermarket. Luisa was an accommodating host, only next door if you needed anything, and provided us with some helpful recommendations for the local area and Venice and Treviso for day trips. All in all, we’d have no hesitation to recommend and would love to return!

It’s a very comfortable apartment for 8 people, close to Venice—just 17 minutes away by bus. You can take bus number 6 and you’ll be in Venice. There are supermarkets nearby and a few shops around. And for me, the most important thing was the cleanliness—everything was clean: sheets, pillows, kitchen utensils. And Viorica was super kind and helpful, she assisted us with everything. I initially chose Lorenzo's place based on the positive reviews, and it truly lived up to expectations. After booking our flights, I informed Lorenzo of our late departure (9:30 PM), and he was incredibly accommodating regarding our check-out. The property was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. All the necessary amenities were provided, including towels, kitchen essentials, a washing machine, a dryer, pots and pans, and a hairdryer. The standout feature of Lorenzo’s place is its fantastic location. Outside the Marco Polo Airport, you can catch bus 15 (tickets available for purchase inside the airport), which takes you to Forte Marghera Moretti in just 14 stops. Additionally, the T1 tram is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the house, making it easy to reach Venice in just four stops. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Nice accomodation, close to public transport.

Great place to stay! Very peaceful

Paolo was very responsive and the place was great , well laid out and fully furbished with all that is needed.

First of all I would like to thank Fabio for everything. he is very responsive. He came to boat stop to pick us up and took us to the House. He give us good information about the area and places to visit. This house is close boat stop and close to all the attractions. The house have two bedrooms which is enough for four adults. We love this house and our stay was great. I recommend Fabio's house and we will visit the place again.

Kristin was an amazing host! She was able to accommodate us right on the spot as our original Airbnb reservation was cancelled. She provided lots of information for local areas as well as the islands we had planned to see. She was even helping me out with my flat tire issues on the highway after I left her place, she was so kind and provided me with helpful information and contact person to get help…most importantly she wanted to make sure we were safe and I appreciated that. I’d definitely stay at Kristin’s house again and recommend to book her place if you want to see Venice and the islands.

Stefano is a great host, I highly recommend his place.

The location is great – quiet and charming and close to everything you need. Also very close to Piazzale Roma and therefore easily accessible. The apartment is new, very clean and lovingly furnished, we felt immediately comfortable. We were there with our 5 year old son, the stairs were no problem for us – but with smaller children this could be difficult. Sara was easily accessible at all times and very helpful. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

This was such a nice place for a quick trip to Venice. It was walkable from the train station allowing us to easily get to and from Venice. Our host was so accommodating and friendly! It was a nice quiet place, close to a food market. It had plenty of space for our large family.

Unusual to find a small house with a garden like this in Venice. The check in was easy, Afra and her friend Barbara were very concerned with making sure that we were settled and gave us plenty of restaurant recommendations. The house is clean and spacious just a few minutes walk from Palanca stop in a very quiet location. The garden is a sun trap and very welcome as a quiet place to sit away from the hustle & bustle of Venice.
