Monthly Rentals in Sand Island

Kristin’s Acorn of Little Sand Bay was incredible! The cabin itself was absolutely gorgeous and such a cozy vibe. We ended up spending an entire day just in the cabin crocheting and reading. Bayfield and the surrounding towns were so cute with some great food selections. Kristin was responsive the entire time we stayed and we even got to say hello by coincidence which was so nice! We will absolutely be back to this peaceful cabin - thank you Kristin!

We wanted to spend some downtime in the north woods after the holidays, and the tiny house was exactly what we were looking for! The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was just perfect. Reading, eating, sleeping, relaxing in the sauna, and just taking in the beautiful wintry surroundings was so peaceful. Saw lots of wildlife, including a resident red fox. It was also close enough to Bayfield to check out local restaurants and bookstores, and take the ferry to Madeline Island.

Norrsken is a place of warmth and comfort. My daughter and I stayed a few nights and enjoyed it immensely. The cottage and grounds offer an exceptional aesthetic that make relaxing peacefully unavoidable!! We travelled away to do some hiking and came back to an amazing sunset. The dance of light and shadow after the sun goes down continues to linger for hours. If it hadn't been partly .cloudy the northern lights might have put in an appearance. I'm sure the clear night sky offers amazing starlight as well. Steve and Kevin are attentive, accomodating, friendly hosts. I am returning and bringing my husband. Norrsken is beautiful in all ways!!

rented this place to have a cozy weekend away and it delivered. There were lots of blankets throughout the place along with plenty of cozy places to relax. The thoughtful touches throughout the place of having a light for every place to sit and have a teapot and cups was wonderful. Highly recommend staying here if in the area.
