Nice place in Terrasini, we enjoyed the beach which was 8 minutes walk away. The town itself is very lovely & calm. One bus takes you to downtown Palermo. The mattress is very comfortable.

Beautiful house, equipped with all kitchen utensils, barbecue, sheets and towels and also beach equipment such as deck chairs, umbrellas and various inflatables. The house is tidy, clean and well-kept. The outdoor space is a plus in the evening to enjoy a quiet dinner outdoors. Asino and Davide were very kind in recommending places of interest and restaurants not to be missed.

Very comfortable apartment, equipped with every comfort. A strategic location, with a short walk you can reach the main streets of the village and just under 1 km from the beach of San Vito lo Capo. Great parking space inside the park. Francesco and his wife were welcoming and helpful hosts.

Nice Location, nice House and super friendly renter.

Clean and comfortable place to stay that matches the description. It is located on a quiet street where we have always found parking and downtown is easily reachable on foot. We really appreciated the terrace where, despite the high temperatures in July, we had a cool breeze in the evening. Salvatore was very kind to anticipate our check-in by a few hours. We recommend this apartment!

We had a nice stay at Antonella's place. The apartment is clean, and well kept. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The wifi is working properly, which allowed us to work without a problem. The location of the studio is ideal, close to shops, in a quiet courtyard. Even in the middle of July/August, we had no difficulty parking on the surrounding streets where parking is free. The communication with Antonella was very nice and fluid. Also, we were able to leave the listing later as there was no one after us, which arranged us a lot. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Giuseppina and her daughter Anabelle were very friendly in communication. The place was very cosy, homely. It has a beautiful garden with orange and lemon trees, as well as large terrace, where we enjoyed having breakfast and dinner. There were a lot of toys for our children to play, even to take them to the beach, as well as beach chairs, bicycles (which we didn’t use) etc. It is possible to park the car under the house but the entrance is somewhat narrow. The location is good as it enables visiting the nearby cities in the gulf as well as San Vito. We had a great time staying at your place, thanks for everything.

We were absolutely impressed with this location and with Fabrizio. The house was beautifully clean and had everything you could ask for. Even beach towels. The pool and hottub were pristine and worked great. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for homecooked meals. Bathrooms were clean and showers were great temperature and strong pressure. The towels were sparkling white and wrapped in plastic after they were cleaned. The bedrooms were large and spacious and the sheets were sparkling clean and smelled amazing. The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable we have ever stayed in. The outdoor was perfect to eat at and to relax with our family. You get a beautiful view and every evening the most beautiful sunset over a mountain and the ocean. There are multiple Beaches very close to the House. Fabrizio was super responsive and answered any questions we had right away. We would recommend this home to everyone and loved every moment of it. 100 out of 100 !

During the April 25 bridge we stayed at Maria Cristina and Giacomo's house and we were beautifully! The house is beautiful, with a large outdoor space that we used partially since the evenings were still a little cool and rightly so the pool was not yet usable but we were able to dine on the terrace and even organize a bbq. The house inside is very nice and comfortable and equipped with everything you may need. We moved by car since it is in a more residential and suburban neighborhood than the village center or the beach. The host was really kind in providing us with directions to places to visit and places to stop to eat. THANK YOU! We wanted to come back in the summer to fully experience the beauty of this house

The appartment is spacious and classy and indeed surpassed our expectations with a wonderful, sunfilled rooftop and a location at the center of the city of Marsala, right off the main street, that we didn't expect. We came to love the city of Marsala as it didn't look much at first sight, but got better and better as you got to know it. We particularly recommend the walk along the coastline round the city, a visit to the archaeological museum and lunch or dinner at nearby restaurant Il Gallo e L'Innamorata with very accomodating hosts and splendid Sicilian original food served - at Via Stefano Bilardello 18, just about 300 meters from the apartment. It's at he utmost western tip of the island of Sicily but all worth it. Highest recommendations.

We had a really excellent stay. This is a very convenient location for visiting both Palermo and the local coastline, including easy drive to Scopello and other beautiful locations. The view from the house is absolutely incredible and we had several beautiful sunsets. The house itself was perfect for a holiday with a few couples or a family - clean and well-equipped with good bathrooms and showers. Our host was very responsive and made our stay very pleasant. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, with own pool. Our kid enjoyed it to the max. We only had 1 issue - prior to booking we requested late check-out (4PM), due to late flight & travelling with 2 small kids. Owner confirmed OK. Then, on the morning of the day we were supposed to leave, owner advised we need to check-out by 12 - this was very disappointing, because we made the booking based on the confirmation that we can have late check-out. Otherwise, very pleased with out stay.

Francesca from the Green holidays is a wonderful host always available with very good advice, warm and caring, we felt at home . Regarding the accommodation nothing to complain about super equipped, very clean is perfect for a family of 4. Large covered terrace with barbecue. Access to the unrestricted pool and hot tub, both also very well maintained with beautiful exteriors. Everything is available for a fantastic stay. 😍 The accommodation is close to the city center and the beaches. We highly recommend one of the best accommodations we have visited so far, thank you to Francesca and her beautiful family. Sylvia

Great experience

We had a great stay. Francesca and her husband were very attentive to us. Very welcoming and nice. The accommodation is very good. You need a car to get around but we were a few kilometers from the port and the beach. The city of Castellemare is super nice and lively. The pool is nice. 😁

Vincenza was extremely communicative and helpful during check in. She explained the instructions and also provided us with some drinks when we got there. She even helped me arrange a taxi back to Palermo. The home was as described. It is located about 10-15 mins away from the beach where you see more families and less hustle and bustle which was great for us. There were a few grocery stores in walking distance and great restaurants as well. There are about 3 levels to the home and the house has all the modern amenities you need at the beach. I enjoyed my time in SVLC and would recommend this house for a small family or couple that wants some space to stretch out. We’d been in small airbnbs during our trip to Italy and this was a nice option for the last leg of the trip.
