Vacation rentals with beach access in San Vito Lo Capo

Alberto was an excellent host that was proactive so he could be there at the same time to welcome us. He not only welcomed us into the apartment but left us water, wine & coffee and showed us around the area. Beautiful balcony with stunning sunsets over the sea. Fully stocked kitchen. Alberto was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

My stay in May was smooth and pleasant. The terrace offered beautiful sunset views, and the great location—close to the beach—had the best balance of accessibility and natural beauty in the area. The building is on a quiet side street, which made it feel private and peaceful, it's still Italy though. A grocery store, cafes, and restaurants are all nearby. Apartment and stay overall met all my expectations, and I’d gladly return. Communication with the host was super fast and friendly.

Fabio’s place was lovely, full of character & charm with views of the water. Having the washing machine was a real plus. The location was great for walking to restaurants & the pedestrian zone, easy access to the port for ferries & a good base to visit Erice which is a must. He was a wonderful & responsive host, giving us many helpful recommendations!

A fabulous Apartment in the best location. It is better than the photographs, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. The panoramic views are wonderful.

Everything was excellent! Emanuele took great care of us and even warned us about the insidious sea. The attic apartment is great and exactly as shown. Only with pricing should everything be better priced in. It was a surprise to pay for bed linen/terry cloth separately. I would always rate everything and work with weekly discounts. So clearly short = more expensive (legitimate). That fixed, it couldn't be better.

Spacious and clean apartment with nice sea and mountain views. In October very quiet there. The hosts were super guest friendly and gave many tips. Close to the nice town of Castellamare del Golfo with a harbor (if you are early fresh fish directly on the quay) and many restaurants. Also nice beaches nearby. Palermo is an hour and Trapani and Erice is about half an hour. Also in Trapani here on the quay private sale of fish! Palermo is a crazy city with beautiful architecture. You must have visited! We had a wonderful week!

Alessandro’s place is a fantastic, charming way to stay in Trapani. Placed in a traditional apartment building filled with tons of character. The rooftop terrace is great to enjoy with a glass of wine during sunset. What is also great os that you can completely black out the windows, so you will sleep like a baby. Alessandro is extremely friendly and helpful, we can absolutely recommend this apartment!

We had a wonderful time at Rosanna's beach house. Rosanna welcomed us warmly and we felt right at home. She gave us tips for activities and was always very accessible. The sea at your doorstep is beautiful and very suitable for small children.

We never lacked for anything staying here. We felt right at home! It was very spacious and comfortable, and the beach was only a 2 minute walk down the road. The sunsets are beautiful from the patio. They even included all beach amenities (umbrella, chairs, towels etc.). It was more than enough for our group of 4 and an infant. As a bonus, Irene’s mother left us delicious treats! It was a beautiful stay and we would definitely come again.

A wonderful experience. Very clean, delicious, perfect for a vacation. Dream terrace in the middle of nature with an amazing view of the sea. Calm and peace. The village of Scopello is very close on foot as well as the beautiful bay on the sea. Vincenzo is an extraordinary host, very kind, very flexible, who gave us great advice on activities, restaurants and even allowed us to spend a wonderful day on a private beach with the use of canoes. Absolutely a unique place!

Amazing and restful place. Beautiful garden, terrace. Stunning pool and private beach. The house is spacy and has all amenities. Roberto is a wonderful host, his welcoming was so warm. He was always responsive and recommended us very good places to enjoy ! Thank you again !

Laura kindly drove to help us find the unit after we messed up. It was easy to find, just our mistake after travelling for hours with jetlag. The apartment was perfect - clean, comfortable and convenient to explore the area from. Laura left us water and wine. We appreciated both gifts.

We had a lovely stay. The place is very close to the beach. Everything was as stated. Communication was great, Vita was very flexible on arrival and also at checkout. We recommend the place.

An absolutely stunning apartment, very spacious, everything was clean and spotless with good amenities! The hosts were amazing and helped us whenever needed and answered questions in a quick manner! The view from the balcony was breathtaking and none of us wanted to leave. Couldn't be more grateful to the hosts for having us, an amazing break away!

Beautiful stay in Favignana. Accommodation was beautiful , exactly as in the photos . Michele met us at the port and collected our bags which was very handy as it is only a short walk from the historic centre but would be difficult with bags along the dirt road. Michele was extremely helpful with excellent recommendations for the island and also dropped us and our bags back to the port for departure. Would definitely stay again

We had a great time! Maria Novella's place was perfect for our 3 Sicilian days. The accommodation is brand new, tastefully furnished, functional and very clean. Maria Novella was a perfect host, she gave us very detailed information and was always very responsive in answering our questions. The house is perfectly located to reach all the most interesting places in Western Sicily quickly, and the possibility of parking the car inside the courtyard is a huge plus. Ultimately, we recommend it to anyone!!

Great location with nice, well-equipped and well-maintained accommodation that had everything we needed for our short vacation. Beautiful sea views were a bonus, including a pool with plenty of sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing, everything you need at an affordable distance, safe parking of the vehicle included. Patrizia is really good host, she gave us a lot of recommendations where to go and what to do. I like that she was open for flexible check in timings, it’s really helpful if you will arrive early on the island. We also appreciate a lot that she is quick responding since our key to the apartment broke and she came in about 5 min to give us a new one. The view from apartment was amazing, so I think that for couples it would be an amazing experience. Really recommend this apartment!
