Vacation rentals with breakfast in San Benedetto del Tronto

We stayed for the night at Sandra’s to rest during the night. Sandra is super responsive and we enjoyed our stay at her place. It is located in a beautiful region of Italy and is the perfect spot for those looking for a quiet place nestled in the mountains.

very clean apartment and stocked with every comfort,everything was perfect, kind and friendly host, we went with our little girl of a few months and were flexible in hours and available. "wow" effect for breakfast offered in a great pastry shop downtown! We will definitely be back!

Paolo's B&B is located in Spoltore , a very nice village, when you arrive at the top of the village there is an incredible view of Gran Sasso and the sea. The B&B is as described , very welcoming , being a basement is not very bright but for a short stay like mine is fine. Paolo and his dad are very polite and helpful. What can I say, I would definitely go back.

Germano was an amazing host. Very courteous, responsive and thoughtful . The home was exactly what we were hoping and exactly as shown on the web.

Patrizia and her husband gave us a warm welcome with our twin babies. The apartment was spotless, and communication was excellent. We felt immediately at home!

The apartment is in a great location in the center of L'Aquila. It's close to many places of interest but far from the evening noise. Clean, bright, well-stocked and with a beautiful terrace. Ok for couples or couples with small children. Just be careful on the access stairs. It was very helpful for me to reach the university on foot.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and as described. Everything was very clean and the towels smelled really good and fresh, as did the bedding. Francesca is super friendly and always available and was also immediately helpful when there was something. We always traveled by car, you could also walk but since it goes very steeply uphill, we didn't do that in the heat. You can definitely see the sea from up there when you stand on the street, which is very nice. We felt comfortable in everything. In this sense, once again many best regards, Francesca

Great place to stay, central and has everything you need. Silvia was a great host, friendly and always willing to help.

Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to check-out, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing is that the parking space is NOT inside the courtyard but is available (you can find it if you look well at the right times) on Via Pola. This discrepancy was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO way, on how the Airbnb site is set up, to enter the existing parking option if not choosing the internal option. Anyway, fabulous location because you are in the center, next to the station, next to both promenades (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the numerous clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: breakfast on the balcony facing east.

The apartment is comfortable, clean and even bigger than it appears in the photos. Need a car to get to the center, very comfortable for all excursions

Very clean and tidy apartment in the 2000s style full of lights. The equipment is very welcome to have a full breakfast in the house.

Comfortable and spacious apartment, very quiet. Parking in front of the house, pleasant walk to reach the sanctuary, in about fifteen minutes. Very nice surprise a rich assortment of sweet and savory products for breakfast: thank you!

I was a little confused at first because I didn't know what to expect. A little by little I was able to breathe and respect all the beauty of an ancient villa with its high ceilings and frescoes on the walls. The very clean room and attention to detail made the stay very pleasant. The explanations for check-in are very detailed, the place is always warm. The perfect breakfast with the delicious fresh eggs from the chicken coop. In short, I can only speak well and surely if I go back to those parts this will be my place again. Thank you very much

Friendly welcome and clean accommodation, generous breakfast. It's not close to the center, so if you don't have a means of transportation it's inconvenient. Otherwise, everything will be perfect.

I was very satisfied with the room. It was essential but right. The only thing that caused my nose is that there was no air conditioning. The issue was promptly resolved by Silvia, who is a very present Host. Highly recommended.

It’s safe to say, you will never stay at a better Airbnb than this - nor any hotel! Tamara, the view, the breakfasts, our private dinner (arranged on request), the pool (too cold for most people but not for British people), the animals, the wine, I don’t know where to start! If you’re thinking about staying here, or staying in the area, you cannot do better than this lovely place. We are both already thinking about how we can come back. Highly, highly recommended.
