Vacation rentals with breakfast in San Benedetto del Tronto

The apartment was exactly as described, very peaceful and was perfect for a city break. All you could need you’d find and has a pretty, tiny outside area where you could enjoy a drink or a cigarette. The only downside I’ve encountered were the really slow responses, but in the end all the questions were answered.

Soggiorno fantastico in ogni aspetto. Consiglio solo di mettere una lampadina con qualche lumen in più nella cucina/salotto dato che la sera è piuttosto buio😁

Carlo è molto amichevole. Sempre pronto ad aiutare. Ci ha prestato le bici che ci ha permesso di vedere di piu della citta perché eravamo a piedi. Ci ha anche accompagnati all'aeroporto!

Casa in una zona molto tranquilla ed in mezzo al verde. Ottima se vuoi rilassarti e a 20 minuti di macchina puoi divertirti andando a Pescara

appartamento pulitissimo e rifornito di ogni confort,tutto perfetto, host gentile e cordiale, siamo andati con la nostra bimba di pochi mesi e sono stati flessibili negli orari e disponibili. effetto "wow" per la colazione offerta in un'ottima pasticceria del centro! Torneremo sicuramente!

Il B&B di Paolo si trova a Spoltore , un paesino molto bello , arrivati in alto al paese c’è una vista incredibile sul Gran Sasso e sul mare. Il B&B è conforme alla descrizione , molto accogliente , essendo un seminterrato non è molto luminoso ma per un soggiorno breve come il mio va benissimo. Paolo e suo papà sono molto gentili e disponibili. Che dire ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Wir waren von der Architektur, der Ausstattung sowie der Landschaft in der die Villa eingebettet ist, bezaubert. Jede Tageszeit bietet verschiedene Lichtspiele und die Stimmungen ändern je nach Wetter. Das Haus ist nicht nur stilvoll sondern auch sehr funktionell. Man kann wunderbare Wanderungen in der Umgebung sowie Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Gegend ist bekannt für guten Wein, Olivenöl und Kulinarik. Germano ist ein aufmerksamer und grosszügiger Mensch, wir danken ihm herzlich und kommen gerne wieder.

Alloggio estremamente confortevole e (credo) ristrutturato di recente, dato che tutto all'interno sembra essere nuovo. Facilissimo da raggiungere ed in posizione perfetta per visitare il centro dell'Aquila, ma al tempo stesso, un po' defilato rispetto alla vie principali e quindi molto tranquillo. Host davvero disponibile e gentile, anche se non c'é stata necessità di disturbarlo troppo, dato che l'appartamento ha già tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno. Ci spiace sia giá preso nelle date in cui dovremo tornare all'Aquila, altrimenti saremmo tornati sicuramente qui!

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Fotos und wie beschrieben. Es war alles sehr sehr sauber und die Handtücher haben richtig gut und frisch gerochen, sowie die Bettwäsche. Francesca ist super freundlich und immer erreichbar und war auch sofort hilfsbereit, wenn es etwas gab. Wir sind immer mit dem Auto unterwegs gewesen, man könnte auch zu Fuß gehen aber da es sehr steil bergauf geht, haben wir das bei der Hitze nicht gemacht. Man kann von da oben auf jeden Fall auf das Meer schauen, wenn man an der Straße steht, was sehr schön ist. Wir haben uns in allem wohl gefühlt. In diesem Sinne noch mal viele Liebe Grüße Francesca

What a great place to stay, Zita and Hugh where wonderful hosts. We were met and shown the place along with some history. We've been to this area about 9 time since 2011 and travelled to Capestrano many times but this was the first time we stayed in Capestrano. We use to only go to one restaurant in the town but now staying here we ended up going to four, all good. The location is really good for day trips to Sulmona, Popoli, Navelli, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Calascio and if you get the chance Campo Imperatore for arrosticini. We were 2 couples and we loved the place, the amenities made the place feel like home, the kitchen fully equipped, the washing machine and large common area for eating and relaxing. We had other friends in the area who came over for a drink and they all loved it as well. Thanks Zita and Hugh for providing a wonderful place.

Tutto perfetto, gentile serio e disponibile.

Gianluca è un host impeccabile, dal checkin al checkout, è sempre presente se si ha bisogno di lui. L'unica differenza rispetto all'annuncio che il posto auto NON è interno al cortile ma è disponibile (si trova se si cerca bene negli orari giusti) im Via Pola. Tale discrepanza cmq mi è stata immediatamente spiegata molto gentilmente dal Sig. Giancluca perché NON c'è la possibilità, su come è impostato il sito di Airbnb, di inserire l'opzione del parcheggio esistente se non scegliendo l'opzione interno. Cmq posizione favolosa perché si è in centro, attaccati alla stazione, attaccati ad entrambi i lungomare (nord e sud di Civitanova) e alle spiagge libere disponibili oltre ai numerosissimi locali e bagni. Consigliato vivamente. P.s.. Must: colazione sul balconcino esposto a est.

Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta della mia settimana di soggiorno in questa casa. Era esattamente ciò che cercavo. Oasi di pace poco lontano dalla splendida costa dei trabocchi. Oltre alla casa, al giardino e alla zona, la piacevole sorpresa è stata anche l'accoglienza di Nico, la sua gentilezza e la cura che riserva personalmente all'ospite con le sue colazioni, vere coccole mattutine. IMPECABLE!!! El alojamiento es extremadamente lindo y comodo, con muchas comodidas. Tiene absolutamente todo lo que necesitas. Las vistas a las colinas son hermosas! La region Marche es una creación divina! Agradezco todas las recomendaciones proporcionadas por Andrea. Lo unico que espero es volver!!!

Appartamento comodo e spazioso, molto silenzioso. Parcheggio di fronte alla casa, passeggiata piacevole per raggiungere il santuario, in circa quindici minuti. Graditissima sorpresa un ricco assortimento di prodotti dolci e salati per la prima colazione: grazie!

Alloggio pulito, spazioso, ordinato e molto colorato. Consigliato per la posizione comoda (scelto per visitare Grottammare la mattina successiva) a 5 minuti in macchina.

Italienischer geht es nicht. Wir lebten 2Tage in einer wunderschönen Villa von 1850 auf einem Hügel zwischen dem besuchenswerten Ascoli Piceno, eine junge lebendige Stadt. und .. der Adria, St. Benedetto. Wir ließen einige Pläne fallen um möglichst viel Zeit in der Villa zu haben,. Leonardo und Vincenzo sind äußerst liebenswürdige und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Und sie gaben uns das Gefühl uns frei im Haus und im wunderschönen Garten bewegen zu dürfen. Wir verbrachten herrliche Stunden im Salon und auf der großzügigen Terrasse, auf der wir sogar tanzten.. Für Freunde einer Zeitreise ins 19. Jahrhundert… Wir liebten es. Vielen Dank

Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning views from both the rooftop and our own bedroom windows. Mountains, vineyards etc for as far as the eye could see. Rooms beautiful and everything in perfect condition. Hosts very friendly and set us a breakfast table (delicious food) in their beautiful garden. Highly recommended

Francesca und Francesco sind sehr angenehme und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die es schaffen, dass sich ihre Gäste von Anfang an wohlfühlen. Das Zimmer war schön, und die Architektur der Unterkunft hat uns beeindruckt. Ihre Gastfreundschaft war bemerkenswert, und die guten Reisetipps, die Sie uns gegeben haben, waren sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück war köstlich so hat jeder Tag perfekt begonnen. Die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge hat unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können ihre Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Jacopo e sua moglie sono stati gentilissimi. Il posto è molto bello. Camera pulitissima e confortevole. Accoglienza per il nostro cane straordinaria. Colazione eccellente, con prodotti fatti a mano (marmellata di ciliegie buonissima). Estrema cura e attenzione per gli ospiti. Ottimo soggiorno

We so enjoyed our stay with Giulia and her family. They were wonderful hosts that made us feel right at home. Slept great in a comfortable bed. The best meal we had in Italy was a simple late "lunch" that Giulia made of homemade pasta, meats, cheeses, veggies, and sweet bread with delicious wine. Guilia provided great ideas of things to do in the area and her place felt like we were "locals" for the 3 nights we stayed. A fun standout, my husband loves gelato. Guilia recommended a place in a town near by. Not only was the drive absolutely beautiful (we took back roads) the gelato was delicious. I can't wait to go back and stay again. Highly recommend, only wish we could have stayed longer.
