Genießen Sie den Ausblick in dieser ruhigen, zentralen Unterkunft. Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich am Ende einer Straße, neben Feldern, 10 Gehminuten vom See. Die Terrasse vor der Küche, mit Blick auf den See, lädt zum Frühstücken ein, die zweite Terrasse vor dem Wohn-/Schlafraum, zu einem "Sundowner" bei Sonnenuntergangsstimmung, Seeblick und Lagerfeuerromantik. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und Garten. Ein kostenloser, videoüberwachter Gästeparkplatz steht zur Verfügung.

"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Die Wohnung haben wir auf einzigartiger Weise selbst geplant und gebaut . Sie liegt sehr zentral und doch in ruhiger Lage. Eine Skibushaltestelle ist wenige Meter hinter unserem Haus. In nur fünf Gehminuten erreicht man das Stadtzentum. Wir sind im Mittelpunkt unzähliger namhafter Skigebiete (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) aber auch im Sommer ist dadurch sehr viel geboten!

Close to this place you can explore the beauty of the region "Salzkammergut" with its mountains and lakes.
