Waterfront vacation rentals in Saint Peter

This is a very well furnished, well equipped and spacious apartment with a helpful and responsive host. We usually stay in a different location in this marina, and of course noticed some differences. The main one is that David’s apartment is a little nearer the road than our other haunt, but this would not bother town-dwellers who are used to a bit of traffic noise. It’s a minor point, and overall this is a good solid choice for a luxurious holiday spot, especially if you like watching boats leaving and entering the marina. Top communications and service. Overall five stars.

This was our second stay at Carl’s place. The airbnb is about 45 minutes drive away from the airport. The view is beautiful. The space is perfect for two. I would stay here again and highly recommend this place if you’re ok being north of the busier beaches.

We had the most wonderful time in Speightstown, staying at Sunset Sands. The location is ideal. We were located right on the beach, and we were able to walk to many restaurants and pubs, grocery stores and street vendors, and all kinds of interesting locations (e.g., historical sites, museums, art galleries). If you want a place where you can have both quiet times, and some more festive experiences, this is a great choice! Alysia was fantastic and was quick to respond to all our questions. We also want to provide a shoutout to Margaret, whom we called our “apartment Mom” for truly making us feel at home. It is clear everyone at Sunset Sands has your enjoyment at the forefront of their mind. We can’t wait to go back!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Slice of Paradise at AquaTreat! As we sit in the airport, Thomas and I can’t help but wish we were back at AquaTreat. Our experience was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt an overwhelming sense of joy, peace, and happiness in this beautiful sanctuary. Olivia and Claudette truly made our stay unforgettable. Their warmth and kindness were evident from the start; Claudette even held my hand and walked us across the street on our first night to savor the best fish we've ever had! The personal touches made us feel right at home. AquaTreat itself is a pristine oasis—beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The community of swimmers was delightful, making our stay even more enjoyable. It’s a place where laughter and joy are always in the air. We can’t wait to return! We were very happy with Rudy’s place. Two couples shared it, and having two bathrooms really helped. Rudy was extremely friendly and helpful. The suite had everything we needed in it, and it was very clean. There was zero noise from Rudy’s suite upstairs. The only small drawbacks were some traffic noise and occasional barking dogs, but they were by no means deal breakers for us. We swam from small beaches across the street from the house and saw some fish and living coral. We spent a lot of time on the porch, and sunsets were always a treat. A car is necessary for getting to attractions around the island, tho one could take busses to towns and shopping, and we had a parking space on the property. All told the place is an excellent value.

2nd time staying her and loved the location and access to swimming. Proximity to Pier One restaurant allowed for easy lunches and dinners if needed. Hopefully will stay again.

My boyfriend & I stayed for a week and had a great time! We rented a car and were able to explore most of the island. The apartment was clean & comfortable with a beautiful garden outside. You can walk to a very nice beach (bring your snorkel to see tropical fish) with 2 food places right there. You can also walk further down where there are lots of other restaurants & bars. Aileen and Wendy were both lovely hosts & very accommodating! We would definitely stay again

Absolutely loved everything about it! If you are looking for a quiet peaceful vacation surrounded by the nicest most welcoming people then this place is perfect. The surrounding area had some eating options with great local food. It’s easy enough to walk and the bus system is very straight forward. We rented a car and super easy to get around with really polite drivers once you realize the honking is friendly and communicating…not like at home. The beach in front of the place is phenomenal and the sunsets everyday literally perfect. The house comes with everything you need and is exactly like the pictures. Will come back in a heartbeat and looking at next year already.

Our second stay. We love the location and working with Lex. If you want beach front access walkable to Freights ( 1.2 miles) the grocery store and a taxi stand you found the perfect spot.

I can’t say enough about Salty Toes., it was perfect., Chloe was a great host., very attentive. We had a chance to meet her and the family., everyone was so kind and friendly. I hope I have an opportunity to stay there again sometime soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Davids house in Feb 2025. The house is beautiful and the photos don't do it justice. The sitting room and kitchen open directly onto the deck area the surrounding gardens are beautiful and relaxing with lots of visits from birds and there is a sea view from the deck and outdoor seating. The pool is a great place to cool down, it's too shallow to swim in but it has ledges to sit and chill out. The kitchen is very well equipped and clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size all with air-conditioning. The house is on the outskirts of a traditional town where locals live, it's not polished like Holetown but it has a charm and the locals are friendly and the rum is cheap. I recommend Joan's Snackette & Bar for roti on Wednesday. We walked a lot, the house is about 40 mins to Speightown parts of the road don't feel very safe so I would recommend a car. There are plenty of busses running between all the towns too. We will defiantly be booking again

My girlfriends and I loved our stay here! The property was much larger than expected. We were hardly inside and chose to lounge on the large verandah when we weren’t at the beach or exploring the island. The beach lounge chairs were a huge bonus! The inside of the house is dated but we didn’t care - this location was perfect! Literally across the street from a beautiful beach, a couple blocks from Oistins Friday night fish fry, bus stop and restaurants. 20 min drive from airport. Our hosts, Mark and Milena were very kind, friendly and wanted to ensure we didn’t need for anything! We will be back. Thanks for being so welcoming and friendly Mark and Milena. We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! The seclusion was exactly what we were looking for, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The place was perfect—cozy, well-equipped, and surrounded by nature. Ruth and Chris were amazing hosts, making sure we had everything we needed and ensuring our stay was comfortable. Pure paradise! I would book this Airbnb again and again. The house had everything you would want. Waking up everyday to the view felt like I was in a movie. We were able to walk to restaurants, and an IMart for food. Taxis and buses were right outside the front door to go an explore the island. We went with 8 people and rented the whole house. The owners were so nice, they met us when we got there gave us a tour and were very responsive if we had questions. Do not hesitate to book this house. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved our stay! Katie was easy to communicate with and could recommend a car rental company and some lovely restaurants. Handy to book in advance of stay! The property was great and really suited our needs. With two young boys the gated development was secure and safe. Situated just minutes from Mullins Beach and a 10 minute walk from Gibbes Beach. On-site pool is wonderful (and always quiet). Recommend to hire a care to really allow you to explore at ease. Inside the property was clean and well maintained. A bright and airy property with sea views from nearly every window. The terrace is a nice addition but the local buses can be a little noisy. Thank you Katie, we had a lovely holiday and would love to visit again.

The apartment is well equipped with every thing you need. It was nice to hear the sound of the sea when you fell asleep and close the the beach if you wanted a swim. We enjoyed our stay at tge Art studio.

We stayed for 5 nights with a group of 7 and it was a great stay. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The views of the Caribbean from the balconies are amazing. John was very responsive and d met us at the villa to show us how everything worked. There are several good restaurants that are walkable from the villa and the grocery store is across the street. Overall, it was a great experience. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the beach at the villa (even though it was a wonderful beach) because we wanted a few more waves. The beach at the villa is very calm and there is some snorkeling, there also. Overall we had a great time.

We had a fantastic time at Ashli’s apartment in Speightstown. The apartment exceeded expectations - it was beautifully designed, immaculately clean and had all the little finishing touches of a really premium stay. I was a little reticent booking purely because it was a new listing with only two reviews but I needn’t have worried - Ashli was a fantastic host with excellent communication and was clearly really invested in us having a brilliant stay. Would defo stay here again and we loved Speightstown.

Speightstown is a fabulous spot on the island. Michael’s place is close to everything you need all in walking distance. The balcony was our favourite place for morning coffee and evening cocktails while watching a beautiful sunset. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus. Michael was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks Michael.

A wonderful family stay at the elegant 109 apartment. The apartment benefits from privacy in its end of block location and the accessibility of the ground floor directly to the gardens, pool beach and amenities. An exquisitely decorated apartment with great cooking and laundry facilities - also a particularly lovely dining area with plenty of space. We will definitely return to 109. Great stay at Paraschiva’s condo. Loved the view of the water from the enormous balcony. Beautiful beach with wonderful staff and water sports available next door. Communication could not have been better. The only thing I would note is that although there is an elevator, it stops between floors so you always have to go up or down a half flight of stairs. Definitely not wheelchair accessible.
