Vacation rentals in Boerne

Kellys home was an amazing spot for my vacation with some friends! The balconies were so fun to chill on and the views from them were awesome as well. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as dishes and utensils go. The beds were super comfy and cozy. Instructions were super clear on check in and check out. I felt right at home at this airbnb!

I believe that any hospitality host should visit this place and take a lesson or two. This is the best presentation of a home that I have ever been to. Everything is neatly laid out for easy access. Something as mundane as a roll of toilet tissue isn't just placed on the roll in the bathroom. There's an art as to how it was presented. Same for kitchen cutlery and pots and pans. Beautiful presentation. The house is immaculate. The backyard is an Oasis onto itself. Finally, we enjoyed playing billiards each night. We were so taken in that we extended our stay the same day we checked in.

We really enjoyed the stay, the backyard was amazing and perfect for our pup, the place was clean, peaceful and quiet and exactly as listed. The road you cross to get to the river is pretty quiet and when pulling in/backing out there’s plenty of view to do so safely. We loved having the front and backyard to enjoy, and the river was beautiful, we hope to visit again!

This is such a beautiful home/property to enjoy with family/friends. The home felt comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The home has beautiful views from each room of the house as well which is such a plus. I appreciated all the labels/instructions and small touches in the home. The host was very responsive and friendly. Our experience was overall amazing and would love to visit again! Thank you!

My fiancé and I booked this place for our elopement. Karen was very kind and left personalized notes to congratulate us on our marriage. The surroundings were the most peaceful and quiet. My new wife and I could not have chosen a better place to start our marriage. We even had a deer walk up to us while we enjoyed our morning coffee to check us out! I cannot recommend this place and the host highly enough. This will be worth every penny you pay for it. My only regret is that the rain prevented us from lighting a fire and enjoying what I imagine are beautiful nights in one of my favorite parts of Texas.

The View was awesome and John was very responsive to any contacts we made with him. We had minor issues that were quickly resolved by text messages to John. We would absolutely do this location/place again if we are in the area. We had a great place to take our daily walk in the neighborhood. The house was spacious and well equipped. Only thing that would have made it better would have been some means to have music played in the main living quarters downstairs. I highly recommend the place and the host. Nancy

Great place that felt like home away from home. We were able to relax and enjoy the area. Our family got to play pickle ball at the great park across the street. We will definitely look this place up when we are in the area again.
