The terrace overlooking the sea🌊 is a small characteristic apartment that belonged to my great-great-grandfather, located in the picturesque harbor of Riomaggiore. Beach, downtown, restaurants, station and ferries are a short distance away. Unique place to spend mornings to drink coffee and evenings while sipping a local wine, watching sunrise and sunset in the first row!🌅🍷 I hope it brings luck to couples as it did to my grandparents.🥰 *If you are more than 2 people, we recommend the apartment to families!There is little privacy.

An attic in the heart of Riva Free parking

Recently renovated, it's a short walk from the sea. The 70-square-meter attic is located on the 5th floor ( the elevator arrives at 4 ) and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child (cot upon request). It consists of two double attic bedrooms, a living room with a 55" smart TV, a leather sofa with a chaise longue, and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a window/skylight. The kitchen has everything you need to cook including kettle, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

On a private road, 200mt from the sea and nestled into the hills overlooking Moneglia, this cottage is ideal for a family of 3/4 (3 adults + a baby). The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.
