It’s very good location for the trip of San Marina, we really enjoy staying in this place

Corrrado was a great host, he met us at the apartment and showed us around, he even suggested a free parking spot nearby. His attention to detail is first class. There are bikes to borrow and Rimini is bike friendly, plus it is on the flat. Very near to beach, nightlife and restaurants but is in quiet residential area. Sitting on the balcony with a morning coffee, listening to the birds and overlooking the gardens in the sun was a great start to each day. Would highly recommend this apartment (unless you have mobility issues ).

Very good accommodation for 2 people. Very comfortable bed. Private parking is a definite advantage. Amenities and maps of the surrounding cities would be a plus. A microwave and kettle (rare amenities in Italy!) would be very nice. Would it be possible to put a towel in the kitchen? We recommend.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. It was clean, well equipped and located on a quiet street with safe parking. There are great restaurants, nice walks and the beach is also easily accessible. Ideal for relaxing days with many leisure facilities. If the opportunity arises, I'll be happy to come back!

I chose Stefania's house to host my family in Pesaro during the Easter holidays, it was a beautiful experience. Stefania welcomed us as if we were at home, she was super kind and helpful also to recommend places nearby. Accommodation as pictured, everything is tidy and clean. Quiet and green area, beach reachable on foot with a walk of about 15 min. Andrea was very kind and always ready.

Patrizia's apartment was very comfortable and friendly. I don't mind walking, so I walked all over the place. There is also a bus stop within a 6-minute walk, so you can conveniently go anywhere.

Very pleasant stay, a nice surprise, the friendliness, efficiency, punctuality, cleanliness and availability all qualities present 100%.....the accommodation was really clean and very well equipped immersed in peace with a beautiful super well-kept garden ....Fabiola's kindness but also the friendliness were impeccable at times for people who travel a lot and alone like me makes a good smile and the convivial understanding shown that a thousand material objects....For me 10 and praise one of the few trips experienced as at home!

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Absolutely positive experience! :) Mr. Stefano is very punctual and kind, ready to provide clarification regarding questions and curiosities about the accommodation and the details of general rules, services, check-in and check-out. Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. All guests satisfied with the experience and good value for money compared to the amenities offered. Nothing else to add:) See you next time!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

Andrea welcomed us super warmly and was very good tips for our nearby visits (restaurants, activities, etc.) The place was spacious, perfectly functional, and very clean. Free and private parking, as well as the hot tub are a real plus. We can only recommend booking this place. Ps: for those who would like to go to the Grand Prix de Moto GP (as was our case), be aware that the circuit is very easily accessible, about 10 min drive.

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

The location and pool were as described and very clean. Roberta was a good host and was always available for our questions.

The apartment is very spacious, organized and clean, modern and technological. The property offers a swimming pool and hot tub, and the parking is private and is located in front. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and an oil/salt and spice kit. There are 3 bathrooms, complete with towels and soap. The owners were very helpful and kind. We had a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!
