This was the second time we stayed at Vincenzo's apartment. It was a great stay! With spring weather we could use the front balcony with its beautiful views (you can see the sea so well on a clear day!). We will definitely be back!

The residence is in the center, ideal for getting around on foot, a shopping center in front for every need and just a short walk from the sea. The area is quiet. Highly recommended.

Patrizia's apartment was very comfortable and friendly. I don't mind walking, so I walked all over the place. There is also a bus stop within a 6-minute walk, so you can conveniently go anywhere.

We stayed for the April 25th bridge in this beautiful apartment, I would like to give more than five stars, starting with the husband of the very kind Elisa, truly an example of hospitality, the whole apartment was very clean, cozy, with all the necessary comforts, furnished in a simple way but with so much taste, comfortable bed, TV with Amazon prime, huge terrace, comfortable sofa, parking space in front of the apartment, very comfortable bicycles, a few hundred meters from the promenade, self check-in, many restaurants and piadinerias nearby. We'll keep this in mind in the future. Highly recommended !

Absolutely positive experience! :) Mr. Stefano is very punctual and kind, ready to provide clarification regarding questions and curiosities about the accommodation and the details of general rules, services, check-in and check-out. Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. All guests satisfied with the experience and good value for money compared to the amenities offered. Nothing else to add:) See you next time!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

Andrea welcomed us super warmly and was very good tips for our nearby visits (restaurants, activities, etc.) The place was spacious, perfectly functional, and very clean. Free and private parking, as well as the hot tub are a real plus. We can only recommend booking this place. Ps: for those who would like to go to the Grand Prix de Moto GP (as was our case), be aware that the circuit is very easily accessible, about 10 min drive.

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

lovely apartment; quiet area 10 minutes from the fair. very clean and very organized to accommodate even families with young children. The bathrooms are new and well organized. Elisabetta also welcomed us with many completely unexpected but very useful and welcome gifts We felt like we were staying at a friend's house.

The apartment is very spacious, organized and clean, modern and technological. The property offers a swimming pool and hot tub, and the parking is private and is located in front. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and an oil/salt and spice kit. There are 3 bathrooms, complete with towels and soap. The owners were very helpful and kind. We had a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!
