I can only report positive things We were nicely received, the handover was quick and straightforward. The equipment of the apartment is sufficient, the location is great and the most important thing worked properly in the apartment. We had the problem one evening that we could not close our hair dryer to the sockets. We were immediately brought an adapter the next morning, which I call helpful, 👍🏻 thank you for the stay.

Our stay in Bellaria was amazing. Cipriano's place is absolutely beautiful, a nice house and a nice garden with lots of spots to relax and everything is decorated with great Italian taste. The location is also ideal to explore other places in the vicinity. The beach is only a few minutes by car, for example. The best thing about this Airbnb, however, is Cipriano himself. He is the perfect host. Communicating with him was super easy as was our arrival. Cipriano welcomed us warmly and instantly made us feel at home. And the breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious! Highly recommended!

The accommodation was very pleasant, clean. We had a very good stay. Pierpaolo was very nice and helpful when we needed something. I recommend this accommodation!

Very close to the sea , perfect for walking to the beach

Me and my family had a wonderful stay on Annapaola’s place. Greatly located in the heart of Riccione, the apartment is close to the beach and local restaurants but at the same time is quiet and very peaceful. The apartment itself is spacious for a full family and the private garden outside is super enjoyable in summer time. Definitely recommended!!

The house is really very nice, new and in an extremely central location. It was wonderful to be able to take nice walks with our dog on the beach, a stone's throw from the house. Absolutely recommended for a couple's stay. The host is present but never intrusive, which is no small feat!

The place was clean and looked reconstructed. Enough space and ammenities for longer stay. Location is very convenient close to the beach and main street with restaurants and pubs. Historical city centre is 15 minutes away by foot. Recommend for your Rimini vacation

Beautiful place, lovely location. A splendid view in a territory to be discovered. The house is beautiful. To relax and enjoy the area. We did not meet Verena, who we heard little about and who delegated the management to Sara, who was truly exceptional in managing our requests and welcoming us. As a side note, a beautiful house and furnished with great care, but not too suitable for small children. Congrats!

The place was perfect for us, a family with two small children and grandparents who were going on a week's autumn holiday in the Rimini area. Quiet surroundings, walking distance to most places, own parking and large patio. Recommended!

The house was perfect for our needs, a large kitchen, a large dining room with living room where the children could play and the grown-ups could relax. The rooms upstairs were warm and cozy, the many large bathrooms make it perfect for a vacation in multiple families even with children. Andrea was kind and welcoming and available in everything. I stayed at Chiara's for almost a week. Cute and equipped apartment, as well as the room. Very attentive and welcoming hosts. The location is very convenient to the downtown center. Recommended!

Lovely room, with Enza & Christian as lovely hosts! They paid attention to little unexpected details, that made our arrival very nice. The view from the window is amazong, and the surroundings quiet and beautiful. We were 'warned' for maybe an early loud rooster and some dogs in the area, but they were so far away it didn't bother us at all. We got exactly what we expected from the listing and more. If you are looking for a quiet retreat in great nature not too far from interesting sights like Monteleone, San Marino and Rimini, this is the perfect place!

The house is very nice, modern and comfortable. Very clean, with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable and large towels. Clean and comfortable equipped patio for eating out. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet. A helpful and kind host has made us park in a reserved place, a plus in these areas. Highly recommended.

We stayed in August 2021 with our 3 children a week in Fraukes apartment. The property with meadows and olive and fruit trees is beautifully situated in the hills, the view is great. Nevertheless, it is not stored, as Urbino is only 10 minutes away by car. We had the large pool almost to ourselves as well as the children, as well as we spent a lot of time there to cool off. Also, there will still be donkeys, horses and cats. The apartment is also sufficiently large for 5 people and has everything it needs. Nearest beaches are about 40 minutes away. If you are looking for peace and idyll as well as connection to the city (for example, a delicious ice cream ;-)), this is the place to be. Urbino and surroundings have a lot to offer, unfortunately we were too short to look at everything.

Natalia is really a super host, impeccable in everything! It makes you feel at home in a city you don't know. I appreciated all his ways of welcoming me and advising me. The accommodation is very clean and every detail has been taken care of. Great location, really recommended! See you soon

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Robinia apartment which was comfortable and well equipped. The beautiful swimming pool area was a delight to come back to after a day's sightseeing and the scenery and views were outstanding. We will return!

Pros: -Amazing location (that's what you're paying so much for) -Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby -Clean/Smells clean, too, which is important -Quiet area -Responsive and nice host -Big living area Cons: -Some aspects could be updated, including the shower head and windows, but these aspects didn't ruin our stay. -Bedrooms and beds are quite small, but the beds and pillows are comfortable. -Laundry machine is very old but still works

I have lived here fro 4 months. The apartment is clean, has a lot of beds, the kitchen has all equipment necessary (microwave, plates, coffee machine etc..), two balconies (with good views over Igea Marina and with San Marino visible), the train station is 10 minutes of walk away, the bus stop is about 7 minutes of walk away, the beach is very close, there is a small grocery store right in front of the house and a big grocery store 20 minutes of walk away and a park 10 minutes of walk away. The area is very quiet and safe, not a lot of people during winter.
