Ich kann nur positives berichten. Wir wurden nett empfangen, die Übergabe ging schnell und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ausreichend, die Lage ist top und das wichtigste alles hat in der Wohnung ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Wir hatten eines Abends das Problem das wir unseren Föhn nicht an die Steckdosen schließen konnten. Uns wurde am nächsten Morgen sofort ein Adapter vorbeigebracht, das nenn ich hilfsbereit 👍🏻 danke für den Aufenthalt.

The accommodation was very pleasant, clean. We had a very good stay. Pierpaolo was very nice and helpful when we needed something. I recommend this accommodation!

Without any hesitation, we highly recommend Cipriano's place! Cipriano himself is a gem! He is kind, thoughtful, patient and very helpful. Communication was excellent with him! We could not have asked for a more welcoming host. We felt like we were part of his family and were touched by his consideration for us. Cipriano's home is lovely inside and out. Our room, "Calliope", was clean, roomy and had a wonderful ensuite bathroom complete with a claw-foot tub! The bed was comfortable and since the location is in more of a rural area, it was quiet and peaceful, making for a good night's sleep and lovely place to relax. The location was easy to find and makes a great base for day trips to San Leo, Rimini, Ravena and many other places. Cipriano provided a very good breakfast complete with homemade cakes and jams, fresh fruit and of course great coffee! We really enjoyed our stay with Cipriano and his lovely wife....they are both a treasure! We felt blessed to stay with them! We would definitely like to return one day!

l'appartamento del signor Pierpaolo è perfetto in tutti i sensi, a due passi dal mare, e vicinissimo a tutti i negozi di alimentari di cui possiate avere bisogno Pierpaolo ci ha inoltre consigliato un ristorante vicinissimo all'appartamento dove prezzi accoglienza e cibo sono eccellenti, se in futuro vorrò ritornare a Rimini saprò dove andare, molto consigliato.

L'appartamento è pulito, confortevole e accogliente, si trova in una posizione ottima per chi vuole stare vicino al mare, alloggiando però in una zona molto tranquilla!con le biciclette a disposizione si arriva in poco tempo alla spiaggia libera, vicino alla ruota panoramica (noi abbiamo preferito questa soluzione allo stabilimento). C'è l'occorrente necessario in cucina e per la pulizia dell'appartamento. Gilberto e Gianluca sono molto disponibili e facili da raggiungere per ogni necessità.

Ottima sistemazione in appartamento pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario (asciugacapelli, lenzuola ed asciugamani, ampia doccia, prodotti per il bagno...).

Me and my family had a wonderful stay on Annapaola’s place. Greatly located in the heart of Riccione, the apartment is close to the beach and local restaurants but at the same time is quiet and very peaceful. The apartment itself is spacious for a full family and the private garden outside is super enjoyable in summer time. Definitely recommended!!

Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo, il proprietario dall'appartamento è gentilissimo, cordiale e informativo.... ci ha accolti (compresi di 2 cani), con il sorrisi, indicandoci i vari luoghi dove poter mangiare, inoltre ha pure un albergo molto vicino, quindi per qualsiasi cosa, c'è sempre un punto di riferimento a disposizione! Abbiamo anche preso il lettino in spiaggia presso l'albergo, una cosa in meno di cui preoccuparsi!!! L'appartamento molto luminoso, pulito, spazioso con tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Ottimo, noi siamo stati contentissimi, consigliatissimo

La signora è gentile e sempre molto attiva nella comunicazione. Appartamento pulito e ordinato. 100 metri dal mare. Dispone anche di parcheggio auto. (Avrei solo aggiunto una tenda sul finestrone che dà sull’esterno, altrimenti tutto visibile si passanti o necessario tenere serranda abbassata a metà). Consigliato 👍🏻

Posto bellissimo, posizione incantevole. Una vista splendida in un territorio da scoprire. La casa è bellissima. Per rilassarsi e godersi il territorio. Non abbiamo conosciuto Verena, che abbiamo sentito poco e che ha delegato la gestione a Sara che è stata veramente eccezionale nel gestire le nostre richieste ed accoglierci. Come nota a parte, casa bellissima e arredata con molta cura, ma non troppo adatta a bambini piccoli. Complimenti!

Stedet passet perfekt for oss, en familie med to små barn og besteforeldre som skulle på en ukes høstferie i Rimini-området. Rolige omgivelser, gangavstand til det meste, egen parkering og stor uteplass. Anbefales!

La casa era perfetta per le nostre esigenze, una grande cucina, una grande stanza da pranzo con salotto dove i bambini hanno potuto giocare e i grandi rilassarsi. Le stanze al piano superiore erano calde e accoglienti, i numerosi e grandi bagni la rendono perfetta per una vacanza in piu famiglie anche con bambini. Andrea é stato gentile e accogliente e disponibile in tutto. Era alla sua prima esperienza di hosting e siamo sicuri che non potrà che migliorare. Buona fortuna!

They were very very friendly, the breakfast was fantastic and people were so nice.

Lovely room, with Enza & Christian as lovely hosts! They paid attention to little unexpected details, that made our arrival very nice. The view from the window is amazong, and the surroundings quiet and beautiful. We were 'warned' for maybe an early loud rooster and some dogs in the area, but they were so far away it didn't bother us at all. We got exactly what we expected from the listing and more. If you are looking for a quiet retreat in great nature not too far from interesting sights like Monteleone, San Marino and Rimini, this is the perfect place!

Ho alloggiato da Chiara per quasi una settimana. Appartamento carino e attrezzato, così come la camera. Host molto attenti e accoglienti. La posizione è molto comoda per il centro. Consigliato!

Gabriele is amazing host. He was very nice and picked us up from the bus station. The place is very clean, stylish and fully private. It was one of the best stays we’ve ever had!

Wir waren im August 2021 mit unseren 3 Kindern eine Woche in Fraukes Ferienwohnung. Das Anwesen mit Wiesen und Oliven- und Obstbäumen ist wunderschön in den Hügeln gelegen, der Ausblick ist großartig. Trotzdem ist es nicht ablegen, da Urbino nur 10 Minuten mit Auto entfernt ist. Den großen Pool hatten wir fast für uns alleine und die Kinder und wir haben dort viel Zeit verbracht, um uns abzukühlen. Außerdem gibt es noch Esel, Pferde und Katzen. Die Wohnung ist auch ausreichend groß für 5 Personen und hat alles, was es braucht. Die nächsten Strände sind ca. 40 Minuten entfernt. Wer sowohl Ruhe und Idylle als auch Anbindung an die Stadt (zum Beispiel für ein leckeres Eis ;-)) sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Urbino und Umgebung hat viel zu bieten, wir waren leider zu kurz da, um uns alles anzuschauen.

Natalia è davvero un super Host, impeccabile in tutto! Ti fa sentire a casa in una città che non conosci. Ho apprezzato tutti i suoi modi di accogliermi e di consigliarmi. L’ alloggio pulitissimo ed è stato curato ogni dettaglio. Posizione ottima, davvero consigliatissimo! A presto

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Robinia apartment which was comfortable and well equipped. The beautiful swimming pool area was a delight to come back to after a day's sightseeing and the scenery and views were outstanding. We will return!

Appartamento grande e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini. Per noi è stato il primo viaggio con Letizia e abbiamo scelto questo appartamento proprio per l'attenzione ai piccoli. Nelle vicinanze troverete supermercato, mare e passeggiata serale con gelato 😉. Andrea è stato impeccabile. Pur non potendo riceverci di persona, ci ha supporto telefonicamente ed è sempre stato reperibile e molto disponibile. Alla prossima 😊

Host super disponibile! Alloggio molto bello e pulito! Noi avevamo necessità di essere vicino al Palacongressi e la posizione è fantastica! Inoltre vicino all’area verde attraverso la quale si arrivava alla spiaggia! Consigliati

schöne Ferienwohnung ca. 200 Meter vom Stand entfernt inc. Pool neben dem Haus. Netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir (4 Erwachsen, ein Kind und ein Baby) waren 12 Tage in der Unterkunft und haben es von der ersten Sekunde an geliebt. Das erste Treffen mit Michael und seiner Familie war sehr herzlich und willkommen. Diese Herzlichkeit hat sich durch den gesamten Urlaub gezogen. Alle Räume in unserer Unterkunft waren extrem sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, man hat sich direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Kinder haben sich sehr über den Pool gefreut, von dem wir erst am Ankunftstag erfahren haben. Wir bekamen ein Willkommensgeschenk, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Auch hatte einer von uns während des Urlaubs Geburtstag und auch da wurde ihm einen Kleinigkeit überreicht. Ich könnte noch so viel mehr schreiben, aber leider reicht der Platz nicht aus. Für uns war es der beste Airbnb Urlaub, den wir je gemacht haben. Jeder, der die Möglichkeit hat dort Urlaub zu machen, sollte diese nutzen. Vielen Dank für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt!
