If you want privacy, peace and quiet this is the place! Lone cottage deep into the woods. No ambient noises except for some animal wildlife. The place is very clean, smallish but had all the amenities. I would stay there again.

This place was amazing! A quiet peaceful weekend that we desperately needed while still getting in some drinks in Hermann. Our top favorite spot was Endless Summer which is located super close. The outside seating was adorable, my husband and I sat out in the grass and relaxed in the shade. The inside was very “homey” and the bed was really comfortable as well! I’d highly suggest this place to anyone!

“Out On A Limb” is a very fitting name for this Air BnB and its location. The house was literally hanging off the side of a cliff/mountain! Around the house was nice landscaping and beautiful rocks/stones that were used to make stairs, a fire pit, etc. - very cool details. Check-in was very easy and the walkway into the house was nice. We absolutely LOVED the interior of this place - including the kitchen with green accents/granite counters, the breakfast bar, the beautiful black fireplace, the raw wood plank walls, the comfortable bed/chairs and linens, the sky light with LED lighting, the insane bathroom setup, etc. Well done to whoever designed it all. Not to mention, the private hot tub area outside the kitchen’s exit door was perfect. The hot tub was quality and the walls surrounding it were tall enough, so that no one could see into the location. Lastly, make sure to take advantage of relaxing outside in the comfy chairs underneath the house. We’ll be back! An easy 5⭐️ from us!

This is our second time staying at this Airbnb! We could not recommend it enough if you plan to come to Hermann. I would suggest booking early because it does fill up fast! We had such a good time. Also, make sure to come prepared with snacks etc. There is also no cell service but good WiFi!
