L'alloggio è molto bello con ampie camere luminose e molto pulite; l'arredamento è nuovo per alcune parti affiancate da mobili d'epoca molto ben tenuti e belli. La dotazione è ottima per preparare i pasti, caffè, thè; letto e divano letto comodi per un soddisfacente riposo. La casa d'epoca è situata in una zona tranquilla, silenziosa, e vicina al suggestivo centro storico di stampo medioevale ricco di localini e negozi e visitabile con una piacevole passeggiata. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile nel check-in, nel fornire istruzioni ed informazioni e nel farci trovare il tavolo imbandito con una ricca colazione, tra cui una deliziosa torta fatta in casa. Giudizio quindi molto positivo e, se capita, da ritornarci.

Spacious apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful for sleeping/relaxing, but very close to the action of the city center. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. Good value for the price. Would definitely stay there again!

È stato un viaggio breve ma estremamente comodo, peccato aver potuto stare solo due notti nella corte di Marco: un vero angolo di pace se consideriamo il quartiere molto energico in cui si trova! Casa perfetta, vicinato amichevole e soprattutto molta disponibilità nei confronti dei cani, cosa molto apprezzata! Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottima, considerando i prezzi della città in generale, vale la spesa!

Had a wonderful stay. Host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Close to a nice town by a train station. Travel was very easy. Can't wait to come again.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di Federica per 2 giorni e abbiamo trovato i proprietari molto disponibili, l’abitazione è confortevole, pulita, il posto auto agevole e la posizione dell’edificio è molto comoda, la cosa che abbiamo preferito, ovviamente, sono i corredi Ferrari! Assolutamente consigliato.

Lejligheden ligger i et roligt boligkvarter, hvor man kan finde alle nødvendigheder indenfor et par minutter (supermarkeder, apotek, kaffebarer, god vinbar) og ca 20 min på gåben ind til centrum. Vi var tre venner afsted, og lejligheden var perfekt at dele. Lejligheden havde alt, vi havde brug for, vi manglede ingenting og nød også godt af balkonen, hvor der var eftermiddagssol. Vi havde lidt problemer med aircondition, men det blev fikset samme dag, som vi skrev til Antonio om det. Jeg vender gerne tilbage og bor her.

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.

We had a fantastic ,relaxing and comfortable stay at this beautiful place. The family were really hospitable and helpful. The garden for an evening meal outside with amazing views of the mountains was an unexpected bonus also.a hammock to relax in. We were able to eat fruit from the garden and hazelnuts and also had wine from the vineyard . All a great experience . The waterfall 15 minutes away with pools you could swim in and loads of castles dotted about made for great days out . Thanks so much for our wonderful stay . We definitely would like to return .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour .La maison de Tim est très bien placée pour découvrir cette région. La maison est spacieuse, très agréable avec son vaste séjour très clair et ce logement est très propre. Le jardin est magnifique , bien entretenu et offre une vue féerique sur l environnement. Tim et sa mère sont discret. Tim est toujours disponible, souriant, vraiment au petit soin pour ses locataires. et de bons conseils Nous retenons cette adresse. Merci beaucoup à Tim .

Beautiful garden, with great facilities including a lovely and stunning views from the hills of Emilia Romagna. The kitchen is bright and we-equipped. The house generally is charming - welcoming and wonderfully decorated with lemon motifs everywhere. Miriam was welcoming and communicated in great time. And the cat is a sweetheart. Highly recommended to families and larger groups.

Emanuela è davvero gentilissima e la casa uno spettacolo! Le stanze sono molto spaziose, ogni angolo è pulito e ben curato. E i giardini sono la chicca perfetta! Davvero consigliatissimo, vicino sia al centro che a Bologna Fiere

Casa di Elena è semplicemente fantastica. Un casale moderno con tutti i comfort in una vallata WOW dell’Appennino tosco emiliano. Io la mia compagna e la sua famiglia abbiamo passato qui le festività natalizie, e non avremmo potuto scegliere posto migliore. Casa confortevole, una campagna deliziosa con una pace incredibile e un panorama mozzafiato. Elena è stata sempre presente e super disponibile in ogni domanda o necessità, e ha regalato alla nostra famiglia un momento che ci porteremo per tanti anni.

L'alloggio di Elena era immacolato; ampio e organizzato benissimo. Elena è sempre stata attenta e rapida nella comunicazione, dalla prenotazione al check-out. Tutto perfetto e super consigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti io, il mio compagno e mia figlia neonata. L'alloggio è molto tranquillo, pulito e fornito di tutto. Stefania è molto cordiale ed è molto proattiva nel rispondere alle nostre richieste. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare dolcetti e marmellate fatte in casa e ogni leccirnia possibile per colazione. la cucina è molto ben attrezzata come tutto il resto della casa. A disposizione degli ospiti una bella varietà di libri. Abbiamo anche usufruito del camino. Purtroppo nelle vicinanze non c'è molto, dato il periodo, ma ci torneremo sicuramente in primavera con la possibilità di fare anche qualche camminata. è stata davvero una vacanza rilassante!

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, Mario era disponibile e gentile, la casa pulitissima, ordinata, pratica. La casa si trova in una bella posizione nel paesino, vicino alle piste sciistiche Le Polle. Tutto ottimo, grazie Mario.

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Le logement de Roberto était très spacieux et bien équipé, parfait pour un séjour à Bologne. Il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait sur place. Roberto a été disponible pour répondre à mes questions, en plus de me donner quelques conseils utiles pour profiter de la ville. Il a aussi fait preuve de flexibilité, ce qui a été très appréciable. Attention d’anticiper par contre qu’il ne parle pas anglais au téléphone. Rien de grave mais à savoir !

Spacious apartment with vaulted ceilings and walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, and central Bologna. Air conditioning and the lift were very appreciated. We really enjoyed staying at Vladimir’s place and would consider staying again on a future trip to Bologna. Vladimir’s apartment manager, Luca was wonderful — very helpful with local recommendations and baggage storage, and quite flexible for check-in when our train was very late to arrive.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment just a 10-minute walk from the Bologna train station. The space was even bigger than we expected—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with the bonus of two bathrooms, which was perfect for our group. Having an elevator was especially helpful since I was traveling with my senior parents. Maria was an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, meeting us early so we could store our bags and get started exploring the city without hassle. She took the time to go over everything we needed to know about Bologna and shared great recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Bologna. Thank you, Maria, for your kindness and hospitality!

This place was perfectly located between everything we wanted to see and eat. We were within minutes from everything! In the apartment, they have everything you need. Blow dryer (and diffuser for curly hair), adapters, drying rack to clothes - couldn’t be more convenient. 10/10 recommend staying here!
